I'd be willing to lend any experience I have organisational wise, but I wouldn't attend a weekly raid. Monthly, sure, maybe even twice a month (at a big push), but not weekly.

Simply too often to drop 1-3 hours every weekend, I'd rather be spending it elsewhere to be honest.

And as bad as it sounds, if it's not run by the PD's there's not as much incentive for me to go. HO's are fine and dandy, and I know my Defender and Blaster both need a few. But still, there's a difference between raiding and being in the thick of things with the organisers ticking over what to do next as it happens. It simply wouldn't be the 'Hami Raid' I'd come to enjoy, it'd just be another 'shoot the Mito!'.

Go for Ice/Fire.

Ice - better control and single target damage with slows, with ice storm to equate to your favoured fire storm

/Fire has some nice AoE's, true. But Ice has a lot of utility, two slows, a hold, a knockdown, a sleep. If we can ignore Frozen Fists it's a nice set for PvE and casual PvP.

and a Sjumper is useless in case of flying fight.

fly is like hover for some second after an attack? yes as it is for a speeder.
it's low compared to sj or ss? yes but it's strengh is not in it's speed.

fly in my mind is very viable in PvP

Thing is, a -Fly power completely nullifies it as a travel power. An immob doesn't do the same to SS if they've Immob protection or a Break Free. Couple the end usage, which is a bit high in my opinion, and the fact that it's supression is abhorent and it's got my thumbs down.

I love fly, it's my favourite power, what I don't love is being slowed to basically a stand still for a few seconds while fighting, and if I'm chaining attacks together, I'm simply a sitting target.

You can do without Stamina if you know what you're doing, actually. I personally find that it's only the 'bad ones' that say that you need it.

Raid leaders try and minimise lag wherever possible, which is why at the last one Xanthus asked everyone but Controllers out of the Jelly towards the end as people were reporting HUGE pings and we didn't want anything crashing out on us.

What they do ask, is that people who turn up are considerate enough to have read and go by the Raid plan, which includes having a costume without cape or aura, preferably as simple as possible (Tights ftw), listening to and doing what is asked on Request (and keeping off request as you're not leading/involved in the organisational aspect of the raid) and, of course, not aggro'ing GM's into the goo.

It's -speed -recharge -damage.

It's still incredibly usefull, so I wouldn't drop it even though it doesn't stop AS now.

Err there is a range in cm but might swap a heal for a range in heal other, and absorb pain is a death wish for an empath I dont plan on using it that often.

How'd you get an Acc in Super Speed?

Drop one heal in Heal Other for a range, the fourth Heal is pretty much redundant.

Unless you've HO's I'd probably go 3x Def in Fort, it's a very good ToHit buff out the box.

Four recharge in Recovery Aura? 3x Recharge, if you've the spare slot go 1x EndMod. It only needs it in end heavy teams, mind.

SIX rechage in AB? 3x Recharge, also go a few heal and an end mod in there. Remember, after ED, that extra 5% odd isn't really the best way to use your slots.

Again, drop three slots from Power Build Up. Maybe get one ToHit in if you really want to slot it some more.

Other than that, not too shabby in my opinion.
