Stalker's EM stun chance is lower than a Blasters by quite a way, which is lower than a Tanks, which'll stun all-the-[censored]-time it seems.

If anything, I'd see them either A) Tone down the Tank and (slightly) the Blaster versions, maybe the brutes, I've not noticed them stunning much, but that might be me. Or B) Tweak the other sets a bit, give Elec Melee a better chance to Sleep/Stun, give /Ice a better slow component etc...

Just to add some more accurative anecdotal evidence to my "Stalker's can't level for toffee" statement, I've been levelling my blaster all weekend. I got my Stalker out for a hack at one point, got wasted within seconds, and realised there and then that the Blaster would have made very easy going of that mission.

As I said, Stalkers have one good attack, and after that they are reduced to very-sub-par Scrappers. The ability of a Blaster to do consistently more damage, and keep away from the (often more damaging) melee attacks makes Blaster's far superior at levelling.

I can only assume that Stalkers were created as a PvP class from the outset and their PvE capabilities have suffered as a consequence.

A good stalker can efficiently and safely dispose of a mob with a little planning and a good use of Hide/Placate.

I can only assume you're experiences are a result of lack of praactice.

Also I take afront that you seem to be suggesting that Blasters=Range when the majority of the secondary sets are Melee/Support mixes.

This, or something to the same effect, better be [censored] included with I9. <_<

Something like a Tier 2 Inspiration bin, needing some Salvage and costing another 100k would be usefull. Same goes for an Enh Rack.

Basically, as it stands, we either burn off half of our Inspirations to either store SO's or Salvage, or we make overflow SG's with Oversight Centers.

Both options [censored] suck.

Erm, to what end? Power boost doesnt have toHit in itself.. It'd buff aim or buildups toHits but this build doesnt have them.. Or does it buff the defdebuff of RI? (afaik it doesnt)

PBU is +Acc, +Dam, +Special so its Power Boost and Build Up combined in one power hence the name Power Build Up
