  1. Base Showcase

    Tarterus Renegades

Who is your base designer and who are your supergroup
    leaders?

First I'd like to clarify: Most of the people I name are known by their names
from our Blue Side SG: Concrete Guru's. The Tarterus Renegades is our villain
    side SG.

Base Designer: Myself with assistance from various friends: Pendragon from
Virtue Server's Paragonian Knights, Mr. Henge and Floating Flame in the
Concrete Guru's and our original base designer, Bitwise.

SG Leaders: Unknown Soldier (He's our main leader. Although many of us assist
with various aspects of our SG.)

What server is your base on?

    Guardian

    When was your supergroup established?

    October 29th, 2005

How many players are in your supergroup?

Approximately: 11 Active Players and 8 Inactive

What is the approximate value of your base?

    17,187,453 Prestige

How much time do you spend working on your base? How much time have you
    invested so far?

I took over the base design mantle, about 2 - 2 1/2 yrs ago. In terms of spend
on a regular basis, I'm constantly re-filling our insp storages (I only allow
Large Insps to be stored, if someone puts small or mediums I take them and
replace them with larges, I try to maintain 50 of each type of inspiration.
Hamidon Raid insps not included.) I also assist players with Invention Origin
enhancements, as I have all badges for those I make whatever my fellow players
need if I can. So daily is several hours worth of commitment to the base, even
if its farming prestige to get that next upgrade or room design finished.

What is your favorite base item?

I have three items I use daily: Auto Doc, Storage bins, and Invention Table -
    for selling, storing and converting.

What is your favorite thing about base editing? Least favorite?

Creating something for my SG friends to use, contributing in a way that their
    game is more enjoyable.

My least favorite aspect of bases: That's tough since there are several, I hate
raid pathing, don't like the lack of z-axis control for design, and would like
to see more "design items" that could be used, walls or floors, even making a
"blank" version of the "SG Floor Tile" (without needing to choose one of the
broken SG logos) and putting a "bottom" graphic on it would go a long ways,
computer screens for technical designs that don't have medical like aspects and
arcane like displays that show magical ley-line activity or something similarly
    arcane as well.

What is the highest thing on your wish-list for new base items?

I'd like to see a ton of things, but outside of an improved UI, there are two
    items I'd like to see.

Badges: I'd like to see more "SG oriented" badges. For COH side: History Badges
detailing things like Freedom Phalanxes Base and such or for COV Side the
Arachnos Bases. Maybe some Council base history could be used for both sides.
Accolades for SG Work done together.

Missions: using the mission computer to provide missions for SG members to team
together in. Solo-able or Team-play. Members of that SG can team and play in
those only, some yielding decorative or other base items. And most of all, quit
putting base rewards in the Veteran Reward System. Make base rewards earned by
    the SG.

If you could give just one piece of advice to a new base editor, what would
    it be?

    Patience, Patience, and more Patience.

And second, don't be afraid to spend time on any design idea you have, even if
it doesn't work the first time, you will have learned something in the process
and "if" or "when" they add more items to our design availability you might be
able to try it again. Or you might find something that works better than what
    you wanted.

  2. The People On...

    Secret Identities

Hello again readers. Scoop Man here with a juicy scoop. I was leaving my
luxurious apartment in Kings Row and stopping by the dry-cleaners, since my
suits don’t wash themselves, when I was greeted by a new face. The man had to
be 9 feet tall with muscles the size of cinder blocks. He spoke very politely
and got me my dry-cleaning and I left without another word. As I walked down
the street I began to think to myself, “HOLY CRAP THAT GUY WAS HUGE!” After the
initial shock was over, I began to think that the guy had to be a hero, or a
cross between a gorilla and a grizzly bear. Since the latter wasn’t too far
from plausible in Paragon I didn’t throw it out of my mind, but I decided to
investigate as to why some heroes had “secret identities.” I know some of you
were waiting for this article and I can assure you it is interesting. I met
with the hero Steampunk Charlie to get his opinion…

Scoop-Man: Hi there. Mind if I ask you some questions?

    Steampunk Charlie: Not at all!

SM: Well, lately I’ve been snooping around and seeing people who look a little
odd in the workplace. I think they’re heroes in civilian clothing if you know
    what I mean.

SC: Well, when I’m not actively on a mission or patrolling, I prefer being
    comfortable.

SM: But they weren’t even wearing masks, and let me tell you this guy at the
cleaners HAD to be a hero the way he looked.

SC: Not much need for a mask when everyone knows you. After all, my arrival here
in Paragon made a quite literal explosion. And then after the nasty business in
Pocket D with that imposter, well, who needs a mask?

SM: That’s my question to you. Why masks? The Human Miracle doesn’t use a mask,
and he’s a hero celebrity. Who needs a mask these days?

SC: I do understand that some heroes feel the need to conceal their identities
to “protect” friends and family members, but considering that our real names
are on file with the city’s various departments, I personally don’t see the
    need for it.

SM: All your names are on files? So someone can just waltz in there and find out
who you are and attack your families?

SC: Well, in theory the information is kept a closely guarded secret. But we all
know how easily someone like Nemesis, or the Council can subvert that, not to
mention Recluse and his agents. Of course, it helps that most of the heroes and
heroines I’ve met have family members who are “in the business” as well, so to
    speak.

SM: But if this is the case, would some
people not give their real names for the files?

SC: Well, from what I was told when I registered, it’s required to have a
license issued. Of course, with so many aliens and other life forms running
around, their real names tend to be more…unusual that their nom-de-plums.

SM: But I’m talking about duel secret identities. What if John Doe doesn’t want
to be known and signs up as Dizz Flags as his real name and becomes Flagman?

SC: Then I suppose he’d have to get his license updated with the authorities, or
become a rouge agent. But I’ve never heard of a rogue being on the streets for
    long.

    SM: How come?

SC: That type of person tends to not be the heroic type, and ends up going to
the Rogue Isles where the laws are a bit…looser.

SM: So just because a person doesn’t want a license to show who they really are,
and go under the radar, makes them a candidate for the Rogue Isles?

SC: Well the way I see it, if you want to go around rescuing people (or other
tasks along those lines) then you need to obey the law. Plain and simple.

SM: Isn’t it true that back in the day, masked vigilantism was ok even if they
didn’t know who the hero was?

SC: Yes, at least that’s what I have read. But with the sheer number of heroes
(super powered or otherwise) running around now, registration is the only way
to coordinate their efforts. Anything else would be sheer chaos.

SM: I see. Thank you for your insight into this matter.

SC: Not a problem! Anything else you would like to ask?

SM: Seeing your view on this matter, would you be willing to share who you are
    with my readers?

SC: Certainly. I am Professor Charles Edward Winthrop III. Creator of the
tesseract belt which several technological based heroes use for their
    fast-changing costumes.

    SM: Thank you Professor Winthrop.

    SC: Not at all.

Well aside from buying a belt from the good professor, I’d say that was an
interesting scoop. Not all heroes believe in the whole “secret identity”
business. Apparently, the government doesn’t either. That being the case, how
much pull should the government have on people’s lives. On super-people’s
lives? With all the dangers around here, shouldn’t they be allowed some sort of
anonymity? This reporter thinks so, but others do not share his views. I think
I’ll go and ask someone “under the radar” for their opinion. That’s righter
Scoopsters…I’m going to the Rogue Isles.

  3. Fashion

    Silver Age Fashion

A classic look for classic supers

The “Silver age” of comics is defined by some as the period from 1956 to 1970;In
1956 Congress passed the “Comic Code Authority” which banned violent imagery,
realistic criminal behavior and other mature content. Comics went from gritty
detective stories to flights of high fancy, good was good, evil was evil and
Batman would help old ladies across the street.

The silver age look is that classic spandex look, probably best typified in COX
cannon by signature heroes like Synapse and Ms Liberty.

So what are the defining features of Silver age fashion?

・ Tights! Smooth spandex was the key look here

・ Masks and capes. The classic cowled hero look with billowing capes

・ Sharp colours. Pick two sharp contrasting colours and stick with them, use a
few metallics, black and white to break them up.

・ Theme. If you character has fire based super powers then he will probably
have a name like “Firestorm” or “Thermo!” ands his costume will likely be red
    and covered in orange flames.

・ High Contrast. Heroes should look heroic, even patriotic. This was not a time
of tortured antiheroes or demons on the path to redemption.

What are not traditionally features of silver age fashion?

・ Balors. (Bad [censored] loners who live by their own rules). The Balor is a
common archetype these days, the chain smoking, trench coat wearing, gun toting
and embittered maniac taking down the villains because they kicked his puppy or
what not. I have nothing against these characters, they just don’t typify the
    silver age well.

    ・ Ninjas.

    ・ Demonic looking characters

    ・ Overly sexualized characters

To sum up think “Caped Crusader” rather than “Dark Knight”.

Why do a silver age look?

Most of all, its fun. You can play a dark character in this setting, but
sometimes it’s just fun to play a classic “do gooder”. The character creator
excels at creating these Silver age looks. And lets face it, nothing says Hero
like body hugging spandex, a cape and a mask.

    Example

Here are two characters designed by my partner (redparisgirl) and I. The
characters are “The Workers Champion” and “Strawberry Nutcake”. Workers
Champion is a redeemed Soviet Super Mutant who uses his Super Strength and Fire
Armour to defeat the enemies of the working class worldwide. Strawberry Nutcake
is an Empathy/Psionic Defender who uses her powers because “gosh darn, she just
    likes helping people”.

Both characters use a very simple colour palette to achieve an iconic look.
Workers Champion uses the traditional Soviet colours of red, yellow and black.
Work boots show his ties to the working class and the large robotic hands for
his super strength. Nutcake has a simple pink and white blend effect that is
very girly, in a sweet sort of way, the little pink love heart is a nice touch
as well. Her imagery is definitely that of a sweet young girl with super powers
who just wants to help. Both looks are classic silver age.

Anyway, try a silver age look out. It’s simple, it’s thematic, and most of all
    it’s fun!

    As always, stay sharp people

    Pricing Strategies

Issue 13 is going to introduce some brand new Invention Origin enhancement sets.
If you are lucky enough to get one as a drop, and if you decide to sell it, how
much should you sell it for? That is the question which will confront the very
first person who tries to sell one of these new enhancement recipes. With an
empty abyss instead of a list of recent prices, how do you know how much to ask
    for an item?

    You don't.

For help, we can turn to the world of business. How does a corporation decide on
the price for a new item? The first thing to consider is the cost. If it costs
$100 to produce a product, you can't sell it for less than that and stay in
business. So how much did it cost you to get that recipe drop? You might be
tempted to say that it was free. No money came out of your pocket while you
were playing, so it didn't cost you anything to get that drop. You could sell
it for next to nothing and still come out ahead, right?

In economics, there is a concept called opportunity cost. By doing one thing,
you have lost the opportunity to do some other thing. That's the opportunity
cost. If you sell an item on the market, you have lost the opportunity to sell
it to a vendor. The vendor price of the item is your opportunity cost. If you
sell the recipe for 100 influence on the market, but it would have sold for
2,500 to a vendor, then you have lost 2,400 influence in potential profit.

If you spend time running task forces, then you give up the opportunity to farm
behemoths. Let's suppose you had a choice between earning one million influence
and fifty merits on a TF, or earning three million influence from farming. The
opportunity cost for those merits is two million influence. If you trade the
merits in for a recipe, then the recipe cost two million influence.

There is a problem with basing your price on your costs: the buyer doesn't know
and doesn't care what your costs are. If the buyer thinks that a recipe is
worth one million influence, he or she won't pay two million just because
that's what it cost you. Your costs are not the buyer's problem.

That's why the second factor a business will take into consideration is the
value a buyer gets from a product. If you invent a new photocopier which only
uses half as much electricity as existing ones, then Kinkos will be happy to
buy them, and they will value them at an amount equal to the price of a regular
photocopier plus most of the value of the electricity they will be saving. At
that price, Kinkos will still come out ahead in the long run.

In our game, value isn't so
clear cut. How much influence is a knockback protection recipe worth? It
depends on who you ask. In fact, that's one of the things that a business will
do. They will ask their potential customers how much an item is worth. A
business will often roll out a new product in a limited area, to see how well
it is received before committing to full production. For research, you could
look up the price history of a new item on the test server, or check out the
Invention Forums to see what people think of the new items. Ask your friends,
or people in global channels, what they think the item is worth.

Of course, even if someone values an item at ten million influence, they'll
still be happy to buy it for one million, if that's the price someone else
lists it at. Your item listed at ten million will sit, unbought, if other
players keep listing theirs for a lower price.

In the end, pricing strategies are a black art, and guesswork always plays a big
role. So what would I do, if I were lucky enough to be the very first person to
    receive a new recipe drop?

The first question is whether or not to sell it at all. I absolutely would sell
it, no matter what it is, in the expectation that I will be able to buy it back
for a lower price later, as long as I price it appropriately now.

I would look over the item, making a note of the important features: what does
it do, what level is it, which type of power uses it, what set bonuses there
    are.

Next, I would search for what realtors call "comps": other items which are of
comparable value. First I would look at the same item at a different level.
Next I would check other sets which can be slotted into the same powers. For
example, Eradication and Obliteration are the new PBAoE sets, and Multistrike
and Scirocco's Dervish are the existing PBAoE sets. I would compare the set
bonuses, recipe level, attributes, and so on. This should give you a decent
idea of whether your new recipe is going to sell in the thousands or the
    millions.

The last thing I would check is the number of bids. Keeping in mind that one
person can put in hundreds of bids at very low prices, the number of bids can
still give you some hint as to how badly people are looking forward to buying
    it.

In the end, I would lean towards pricing the item rather high. It's a gamble,
absolutely, but I'm willing to bet that there will be a lot of price
fluctuations and supply shortages during the first days of I13. Take advantage
of it. If you sit on an item and wait until the prices shake out, you might
find yourself hoarding vendor trash. In the immortal words of Shane Falco, more
or less, "Pain heals... Chicks dig nonrefundable listing fees. Profit... lasts
    forever."

    The Redeemers

“Let me get this straight,” Mortiganen muttered as he stroked his right temple
and glared at Garm’s report, “Grendel lives? Is this some sort of Trollish
    game?”

“It’s from the early days of the Hollowing,” the Caliban yawned, “Sorry. I
    didn’t get much sleep… Don’t know why. Anyway, I-“

“Stress,” Mort interrupted, “You’ve got a lot stressing you. I suggest you get a
girlfriend and debase yourself for a night or two.”

“Uh… That wouldn’t help me… Not yet, anyway,” Garm grimaced, “The mutation… It
    affects certain things…”

    “Oh…”

“Anyway, we checked around the Hollows, found a bunch of really big footprints,
but it’s like whatever it is can either jump really far or it swims through
rock, because we couldn’t find a solid trail. This… Thing, whatever it is… It
apparently said something about being Grendel to Atta’s crew before it started
stompin’ ‘em. I couldn’t get much more out of the crew.”

“Despite your old friend being so forthcoming?”

“Tatu’s an old friend, yeah, but he’s not going to entice me into goin’ back,”
the troll scratched his scalp and sighed before continuing, “He’s just a dumb
thug… A competent dumb thug, but a dumb thug nonetheless. I got nothin’ to hold
against him because he doesn’t go after innocent people…”

    “Just innocent companies?”

    The troll shrugged.

    “Well, what did you learn?”

“Well, there’s a big hole over next to that ‘Badge Marker,’ the one that puts a
nifty little icon in the communicators of heroes and lets them run around,
telling people they’re ‘Seekers of Monsters.’ I’m sure it’ll be filled back in
soon, it probably won’t last the day. Supposedly, that’s where Atta killed
Grendel. If this thing’s the real deal, it probably came from there. Atta
didn’t seem too inclined to tell people they got the spot wrong.”

“And if it’s not?” the wizard steepled his hands over the reports and leaned
interestedly toward his counterpart, “Have you considered the possibility that
this is some form of hoax?”

“Well, if it’s not the real Grendel, then he, or whoever put him up to this, put
the hole there to make it look like it is. Still, it’s hard to think of who
would do something like this. The Frost Family? Maybe their competition from
the Rogues or D.C.? Maybe they souped up some Supes in a new way, made a weird
kind of Troll and unleashed him on us…”

“Or the Trolls are still behind this…”

    Garm almost laughed.

“Atta’s not smart enough to pull a hoax that involves attacking himself. While
they do the contests of strength bit, they don’t see the point in just
attacking themselves for the sake of a caper. Simply put, they’re not Nemesis.”

Mortiganen grinned before leaning back in his chair. It was an unusual chair.
Garm always figured Mort would have turned this old foreman’s office into
something gothic, regal, or something that screamed “Wizard,” but it remained
in the same state they found it in. There were broken lockers to his left that
held scrolls and rolled up reports, a computer on the desk that Mort used to
type up other reports, a laser printer to the right and the furniture looked
like it came from the office section of a pawn shop. There wasn’t even any
padding on them. As such, when the wizard leaned back in his chair, and it made
a loud screech that complained of a lack of lubrication, Garm couldn’t help but
    wince.

The whole office was boring and uncomfortable. He couldn’t help but wonder why
    Mort kept it this way.

“I’ll go check the hole,” Mortiganen finally said, “I suggest you and your crew
    take a break.”

“Most of ‘em are already sleeping in their bunks.”

“Good. You get some rest, too. It’s hard to believe that you’ve started worrying
    about things.”

    “Heh, yeah…”

Garm left the office and a moment later was followed by Mortiganen. The old man
sure didn’t seem to believe in wasting time. In the blink of an eye, he was at
the door. As soon as he had it open, he vanished again.

Thomas Redshadow was riding the Green line to Talos Island. His investigations
had thus-far been more on cases that weren’t quite related to his own personal
vendetta against Crey, but Agent Sanders had warned him to avoid revenge
missions. The last thing Freedom Corps needed at the moment was some loose
cannon with their badge making baseless accusations against Crey, and the
megacorporation, despite its current legal troubles, still had the economic and
legal savvy to make things very difficult for the organization for even
    perceived slights.

For now, Crey seemed content saying that Thomas Redhsadow was an “inspired”
freelance hero who happened across the uniform of one of the Paragon Protectors
and masqueraded around as one for a couple weeks. Their investigation into the
matter was just to determine whether or not he really was one of theirs, as
nobody had ever heard of a Paragon Protector wielding swords before. While that
was what they said, he still caught the surreptitious glances of their
scientists and security guards. They were watching him, and he could tell the
looks on their faces meant that they intended to “get back what was theirs.”

Mynx and Synapse were very supportive in helping him cope with his troubles.
They both had been victims of the company, yet the lawyers always had one
explanation or another to throw at them. Synapse couldn’t risk the reputation
of the Freedom Phalanx in order to pursue the man who’d tormented him, nor
could Mynx pursue the company for damages because of what Crey’s spin doctors
would do to the Vindicators. Still, they offered up a few good suggestions on
how to take down Crey personnel when nobody could see. It was especially easy
in Brickstown, where the company’s security forces seemed to think they owned
the town and were a general nuisance to everybody.

He was going over the data for his current case, something about a Sky Raider
weapons smuggling operation, when the train stopped in the Skyway City station.
He looked up and noticed some costumed individuals enter the car. He looked
back to his communicator and tried to mull over the information, but something
about the new passengers nagged at him. Looking back up, he saw what it was and
    his heart sank.

Four Paragon Protectors were staring at him. The lead one had two swords drawn
and held them crossed in front of his legs. The others were drawing similar
    blades.

“Time to die, traitor,” the leader said in a voice that Thomas couldn’t quite
    place, but was somehow familiar.

  6. Reminiscence Rumble in RV

When Jimmy Vine announced this event on Sunday, I knew I couldn't pass it up.
One final grand brawl in Recluse's Victory? Sounded like good entertainment to
    me.

Showing up about a half hour early, it was immediately brought to my attention
that the Villains had prepared for this in advance. At least four villains were
spotted; the stalker O-o and brute Ego Crusher Soul were the first to bring
    themselves to my attention.

After the event's official start time, heroes immediately flooded the zone,
bringing the hero roster up to 14, with the villains stuck at 6.

That didn't seem to matter to players like Destruction Impulse, who frequently
rushed groups of heroes, seemingly just to see how long he could take a
    sustained beating.

On the hero side of things, Controller Roz lead the first Hero team into the
zone, keeping the Stalkers off his teammates with a helpful Hurricane and
    everyone's pet peeve, TK.

Hellhander brought some holiday cheer to the hero side, tossing flaming
fisticuffs from a full-fleshed Santa costume.

Roughly 54 minutes in, the numbers started to balance a little more towards
2-on-1 heroes/villains. With the odds still stacked in their favor, Heroes
    easily took Zone control.

With the odds so stacked, it didn't take very long for the dueling to start
underneath the Atlas statue, although random players from both sides
occasionally dropped in to finish things with a bang.

The mood was generally jovial, and there was some excitement for the launch of
I13, although coupled with worry about what powers and play-styles would
    change.

The spirits of the villains were broken when the Heroes managed to take down
their leaders, Lord Recluse and Black Scorpion while under sustained assault
    from villains.

Really, the whole event went remarkably well, and accomplished what it set out
to do - one last hurrah in RV before PVP changes forever.

    Hey Scoop Readers,

Just a bit of a heads up, life has been pretty busy with holidays this past

continue to be a copycat like I've been for years. So that's why from now on,
it's going to be a Top 11, instead of 10. Why 11 you ask?

Number 11 - Because why should I make number 10 funnier when
this list goes up to 11?

Number 10 - It's really just an illusion. The Number 0 was all
self conscious next to 1 all the time so it went on a diet.

Number 9 - Because I wasn't taking long enough between lists as
it was in the first place. Now I gotta come up with one more thing? Hello
    bi-Monthly.

Number 8 - Thanks to the recession, I have to do extra work in
order to maintain the standard of living I've grown so accustomed too.

    Number 7 - Because

Number 6 - One is the loneliest number, but 11 is just shy of a
    dozen.

Number 5 - 11 is a prime number. Like Optimus Prime. You can't
    top Optimus Prime.

Number 4 - It's all about the subliminal undertones. Think
about it. A top 11. Each one has a 7. 7 of 11. 7-11. Each time that trick works
it way into your subconscious and you run out for slurpees? Cha-Ching! $$$

Number 3 - Now I can do the Top 11 ATs in CoX and STILL leave
    off Kheldians.

Number 2 - 10 is the poster child of the metric system. Well
knock knock, whose there? OH LOOK KIDS! It's AMERICA! So take your deciliters
    and go kilogram yourself!

And the Number One Reason I'm switching to a top 11 format
is... I don't really care about going one step beyond; I just don't want to be
    left one step behind.

      Get Involved!

There's a call going out all over the forums, from Paragon City to the Rogue
Isles, and that call is "Get involved!" If you enjoy the CoX universe and all
the work the developers put into it, give a little bit back! In this series of
articles, I will be showing you different ways to help out around the CoH/CoV
      community.

Having been a member of PvPEC for several months, and also having helped out by
planning and hosting numerous events on the Protector server, I have to tell
you that getting involved in the community is not only one of the best ways to
give back, it’s also one of the best ways to meet people, try new things, and
challenge yourself and others. I strongly believe that everyone can do
something, be it writing for the Scoop or volunteering to help out a new player
at New Player Welcoming Night (NPWN) or joining a global chat channel dedicated
to forming teams for Task Forces and Strike Forces. Let me repeat that-everyone
can do something! Even if you don’t think you have enough time, or you aren’t
sure about how to go about getting involved, or you aren’t sure if you want to
get involved, everyone can do something!

I will be discussing with you community groups, such as the Player Event
Resource Committee (PERC) and the Player versus Player Event Committee (PvPEC),
as well as the use of global chat channels, how to plan and host events, and
      more!

Each article in this series will focus on a different way to get involved. We’ll
talk about all of the groups and methods I’ve described above in detail, and
I’ll tell you how to do it, how long it takes, and how difficult it is. I’ll
also tell you where you can find more information and how to join the cause.

If you are part of (or know of) a group I haven’t described above, or if you
know of another way of getting involved I haven’t listed, please let me know!
You can send me a message on the forums or send me a global tell at @ Kyo-chan.
I’ll also be happy to answer any questions you might have about the groups and
methods in these articles, and I’d love to point you towards people who can
      help you get involved!

      Useful tips: Player Notes

One of the more powerful and least used tool you have in your super arsenal is
      the player notes.

First of all, you access these by targeting the player and right clicking, and
down towards the bottom there should be an option to ‘add note’. If you choose
this you will find out a ton of information. Another way to open this box is to
right left on the name in the chat bar, and a sub menu will appear. On that
      menu will be ‘edit note’.

One of the things you will find out is the global handle for the player. Another
thing you will see are other characters this player has been logged into
      lately.

The most important field is the blank box just waiting for juicy information. I
highly recommend that if you come across a player that leaves an impression on
you, good or bad leave a note for yourself. The notes are only viewable by you,
      and stored on your computer.

My notes will typically be the name of that character I have encountered, the
super group they are a member of and my personal impression of them. For
example I may add "very funny, good attitude" or "got frustrated and
      complained"

This allows me to have some idea of what I’m getting into and will often give me
a heads up to how the group is going to work out. If we have a "rushs into
fight at half health" in the same team as "slow computer" healer. Well those
      wont generally end well.

On the up side, when someone advertises in broadcast they are starting a team,
an easy click and might find out this is an alt for super amazing power man,
and last time I grouped with him, I got 5 levels in 2 hours.

I hope this helps everyone with the game, I know I have found it very helpful.

We turned the feature on a tad early and thought we would get the word out via Myspace, Facebook, and our official forums.

In the past, it was one Tailor Token per costume slot, not one per character. Is that still the case?

    [/ QUOTE ]

Good question, let me double check the details to see if it is one per character or one per slot.

    [/ QUOTE ]

I'll fix the note to read better, but it is one token per slot per character, so if your character has 5 slots you would get one token per slot for that character, equaling 5.

<ul type="square">[*]Midnight Squad Story Arcs (for Level 20-25 Heroes, Level 30-35 Villains)
The Midnight Squad has need of its members in recovering some stolen artifacts. Heroes and Villains should speak to Mercedes Sheldon who can be found inside the Midnighter Club in the side wing that leads to the Hero Zone Steel Canyon. [*]Cimerora Story Arcs (for Level 40-50 Heroes and Level 35-50 Villains)
Players can journey through time back to the ancient land of the Roman Cimeroran peninsula where they can talk to Daedalus (for Heroes) or Sister Airlia (for Villains) to encounter new challenges. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Feedback is important to our development process, there are two types of feedback and both are helpful although some give us more insight and are more easily adapted into game changes.

Objective Feedback: Objective feedback is based upon what you as a user see or experience that other users may also see and experience. This feedback usually can be replicated easily as it involves facts and unbiased opinions. Example: When using the base editor items are sometimes getting caught in columns or pillars.

Subjective Feedback: Subjective feedback is based upon how you feel or experience the game as yourself. This experience may not necessarily be replicated because it is based on feeling and emotion. Subjective feedback is important to us but it is usually helpful if more information is present to describe what and why you feel the way you do. Example: I like the way the graphics look on my shield animation it gives me the feeling of being truly super-powered.

Are you reporting a bug from Issue 13? Please use this thread to report bugs, there is a format in the OP that you can follow to help you in your reporting. Issue 13: BUGS
