i believe its 39 kb protection in a zone with dr, 47 up with no dr in a arena match, and any melee toon has to be mezzed before kbed,

We've been trying Dr off no ts for 2 months, and what did that show us, one really viable lineup, everything else meh.

Have we tryed Dr on no heal decay to that extent, no. so lets try it thats what i say

rad as been gimp since i13, comparing to pre i13 that is. sure the toggles are still nice but its not worth the headache since your gonna be the farm target in zones, in arena it be ok for duels, but any good end drainer would give you probs or something with crazy burst dam like a blaster
