    Focused Accuracy doesn't 100% guarantee hitting through elude, they'll still have a very hard time hitting you.

    How often is aim+ BU up? Your not going to stand there while a blaster hits aim + BU get out of there.

    MoG is a regen stalkers only way of getting high defence, I'd probably take it, it's typed defence which sucks, nonetheless its defence. Just don't scrap with MoG.

    Transference doesn't have any -recovery components to it, it just does endurance drain, it does not effect the rate of endurance recovery. Off the top of my head the powers available to a defender that can do -recovery are short circuit and thunderous blast.

    AH but your forgetting the AV's resistances, and of course the amount of HP they have.

    -res is a very powerful thing in AV fights!
  4. sorry i should have said, kinetics is not THAT effective, for AVs, its not in a league with radiation. You are forgetting -res, is a very important factor for AV fights, not the -regen.

    With kinetics its good in AVs because of other factors aside from transfusion -regen, siphon power drastically lowers the damage of AVs along with buffing the teams damage.

    I wouldn't use a kinetic defender for just the -regen specifically.
  5. Cap for siphon power/speed is 3.

    2accuracy 3 recharge 1 heal just so you can spam it -regen.

    It's pointless to use transfusion for the -regen imo. The -regen just lasts at the instant transfusion hits, the same duration as the immobilize.

    Kinetics is NOT effective against AVs for -regen.

  8. Drop invincibility for PvP, no need for it, keep tough hide.

    Drop leadership pool and pick up aid self. You don't have the endurance for it, and aid self will increse your survivability big time.

    Hurdle always over health.

    Not a fan of presence pool, but if you want fear go for it. I would maybe go fighting pool instead.

    Slot follow up 2acc 3 recharge to make it perma- always use it as an opener.

    Pick up laser beam eyes.

    Slow attacks 2 accuracy 3 damage 1 recharge.

    Toggles should be 3 res damage 2end redux

    Epic i duno about, if you go PvP black scorpion is a wise choice for the -jump.

    Chels has the power choices sort of nailed. I'd make a few alterations.

    Hide: 3 defence buff
    Focus Chi: 3 recharges (any spare tohitbuffs)
    CJ should be a jump enhancement
    Hurdle over health
    Swap acrobatics with invisibilty
    Pull the end redux's and recharges out of stealth and stick them to where i said (focus chi)
    Danger Sense should be earlier between 20 and 30 (+perception)
    Stick a recharge in AS
    Hasten over cobra strike.

  12. Played one during the RV event, and damn claws rocks. Perma follow up is just awesome. There was very low burst damage from the set as to be expected but the recharge rates of the attacks is just great, could just keep going and going and going until the opponent was dead.

    Claws ftw.

  16. No one on our server have even thought of doing something like that just for test server arena PvP, we wouldn't go that far for a victory.

    You should also recognise that HOs aren't an auto I win button. There is no I win button in this game.

    With Defiant now farming Hamidon on a regular basis, it's only a matter of time before this has a knock on effect for the arena nights on there with them having a big advantage.

    However, I'd like to test and see if there is a way around this.

    My tank, D-Zol, still has a HO sitting in his tray that I've not slotted so here's the idea.

    - Copy D-Zol to test
    - Give the HO to someone else on test
    - Delete D-Zol from test
    - Repeat above three steps

    Anyone know if that will work?

    I'm going to test it tonight and, if it does work, we could get peoples arena builds fully kitted out on HO's with a bit of cooperation. Next Hami raid, we get a load of us to meet up a couple of days after, before slotting the HO's. 10 of us give HO's to one toon and copy him across, he dishes out the 10 and we repeat as necessary before the toon gives the HO's back on live after everyone's kitted out.

    We could even make use of the new enhancement storage devices to build up a stockpile.

  18. Forcefield handsdown is better than sonic on controllers in team PvP.

    If you go for duals fire/sonic might be a better choice because of the -res debuffs, you will be dishing out a lot more damage.

    Main problem for me was fury, and generally was lacking in attack chain, this is mainly because of lack of slots, for extra recharges. There are a lot of gaps in slotting on this build but hey level cap is 40.

  21. you lose a lot of momentum if you 3slot CJ AND hurdle. Just 3slot hurdle and leave the single slot in CJ, you have more jumping speed and better movement that way.
