    For zonal PVP aoe def and lucky are both useful, Evasion offers great def from cone attacks as well as aoes and lucky is an auto (i personally like things that cost no end ), FA and conserve power are pretty damn useful in RV which should be a pretty fun zone shortly, especially for a SR as can see stalkers and conserve will enable you to last in a prolonged battle. Arena, thay are still useful but not as much.

    AoE isn't needed, AoE damage isn't high except from a blaster nuke, and you'd be stupid to stand near him when that goes off, or if he is using it he'll be using aim+BU and so will get through the defence. its not worth it, you can avoid AoE attacks by position in battle and keeping on moving, you also have elude thats enough. I had no AoE defence toggle on my SR scrap and had no troubles at all, its not needed.

    Conserve isn't up all the time, it won't help you that much in a prolonged battle, having no FA will help your endurance, and you "should" be fine.

    Weapon mastery for web grenade/caltrops. Weapon mastery is probably the most underrated scrapper epic in PvP. With weapon mastery you can stop players running away from you. I played against the french team who's scrapper had weapon mastery epic, and nothing is more annoying than getting tracked by a broadsword scrapper who has -jump stuck on you. Weapon Mastery will do very well in PvP zones for tracking runners. More melee scrappers should actually go weapon mastery for PvP.

    Broadsword/Super reflexes is a very heavy endurance set, you prolong your fighting ability by leaving out focused accuracy which will be the main cause of problem.

  3. I can drain a squishy of break frees in 4minutes.
    I can drain a scrapper/tank of break free in 10minutes.

    Does a 20minute match seem fair to you, under those circumstances? The match needs to be 10minutes, i don't care about the size of inspiration rules.

    Either way i'll still take part, unless my controller isn't levelled by then.

    For you maybe, but for me its made this game a hell of a lot more fun, and is what is keeping me in this game. Through PvP i've met a share of [censored], but i've also met some great people aswell. The tp into PvE mobs is a rare thing to come across.

  10. Should be possible to stack with 3recharge hasten and quickness. Follow up is truly awesome, I think claws is actually great in the long term it does very high damage. Should try it out. Might wana try your claws on the US servers then bring him over here with hami-Os follow up with 3nucleolus and 3membrane HOs would be just insane.

    Yes they do. Problem is that normal ones wear out in 30 seconds which is too little to completely replace kb protection powers.

    Btw, Im not sure if the icon tooltip text is out of date (Ive noticed several icon tooltip texts to be recently). At least the cov ones seem to show correctly..

    3 break frees gives res to KB. Thats to many break frees, which can be burned by a controller. acrobatics is a must for a squishy in PvP, theres just so many KB powers out there.

    Seriously though I really hope theres another s4 type competition this summer. I'm really counting on bridger to confirm if there is one, it would really be great and i know for a fact there would be a much better turnout that last time.

  15. I like the points that shannon has made and for the most part agree with a lot of them.

    Tbh i feel that lightening field is oversloated, 3acc i guess for stalker protection, you should note stalkers have huge AoE defence and that 3acc isn't going to do much. I think those slots are better used elsewhere such as tohitbuffs in aim and build up. Which i feel you are lacking.

    Combat jumping i find should have a jump height and not an endurance reduction as it cost is so small.

    All in all plighty i think its a good build, if it was mine i would make tweaks to match my playstyle (slot more movement eg. hurdle) and i've seen you use it, and you use the build well....very well.

    I was also thinking, would it not be a better idea to pick up charged bolts instead of ball of lightening the damage is slightly less but it uses less endurance and the endurance drain is the same.

    For Shannon here is the list of endurance drain numbers:

    These numbers are with an even con minion iirc. Found this from US boards, pretty handy but it gives the general relations to drain.

    These values are unslotted drain, and from the looks of it electric fence is worth slotting for endurance drain, the thing is it does drain in ticks and between those ticks endurance is recovered. However coupled with short circuit it could be effective.

  16. best nuke has to be blizzard for corrupters, the scrouge DoT at the end of it is just nuts. Especially how its buffable in issue seven.

  22. Web grenade has a built in slow. Acrobatics can be overcome like most mes protection, but its still increases your surviability. As i said melee attacks are situational. Slotting tp foe that much is a waste of slots imo. Break frees can be used up, hold res worthless? it can still res a blaster hold. Hover can be effected by -fly. It isn't a different proposition dude, web grenade has a slow with it, its also available with caltrops, so it isn't a different proposition. I really can't be bothered quoting by quoting the whole post again, but i think you need to look at the powers and the situation more closely. I really think with the methods your proposing against good PvPers your going to have a hard time getting those results, but i could be totally wrong i have a scrapper levelling on union, so will soon find out
