    Ice blast

    For PvP main attacks you want here are.

    Ice bolt: 2acc 3 damage 1recharge
    Ice blast:2acc 3 damage 1 recharge
    Bitter Ice blast: 2 acc 3 damage 1 recharge
    Freeze Ray: 2acc (spare slots would be recharge/hold duration)
    Aim: 3recharge (spare slots would be tohitbuffs)

    Kinetics!

    Transfusion: 2acc 3damage 1recharge
    Siphon Power:2 acc (any spare slots recharges)
    Siphon Speed:2acc 3 recharge
    Speed Boost: 3 end mod (spare slots would be range)
    Increase density:3 res damage (spare slots would be range)
    Transference:2 acc 2 end 2 recharge
    Fulcrum shift:2acc 3 recharge

    Speed Pool!

    Hasten -duh 3 recharge

    Fitness

    Swift
    Hurdle (3 jump if you can spare)
    Stamina 3 end mod

    Leaping

    Combat Jumping 1 jump

    That is an optimal build for PvP geared for level 40 when it comes to powerchoices, again i have no access to computer at home so not sure what the situation on slots

    Basically with that build you'll be focused on spamming siphon power/speed/fulcrum shift on your opponenet to totall screw his movement up aswell as messing with his damage. With siphon speed you'll have unsuppresed horizonetal movement where you can just keep moving in and out in and out blasting your opponenent running in for heal or trasnference.

    For teams you really really need speed boost and increase denisty a kinetic should never leave home without it, Even if he plan's on soloing. For that brief time your in a team ID/SB is totally worth it.

    I think you have one more power slot left after you choose all those powers, I would get blizzard especially how it is buffable in issue 7 with fulcrum shifit it will be the best nuke in the game.

  4. I agree with nightbringer about the sleep in blind.

    I don't even think it is AoE, me and imaginary did a 2 vs 2 vs an illusion/empathy, we were both on our kinetics with stacked ID on each other, most instances with blind there was defiantely a sleep, as ID doesn't give res to sleep.

    I don't think its a 100% sleep and hold the sleep is random maybe 30/40% of the time.

    Riiggght take this in sections eh?

    Slotting!

    Integration is overslotted. 3heal 1end redux is enough.

    Health is overslotted, I wouldn't even take this unless there was nothing else left.

    Stealth is overslotted.

    Revive is overslotted.

    Drop the extra slots from integration and stick them as tohitbuffs into build up.

    I would stick 3 jumps in hurdle and the single jump in CJ, for the unsuppresed movement.

    Your Moment of Glory slotting is a bit odd, It should not be 3 recharge/1 damage res, it should be 1damage res/3defence buff and if you wan't it up more often 2 recharge.

    I would just stick with 1res damage and 3 defence buff for MoG.

    Divine Avalanche drop the damage and stick a recharge on it so that it stacks more.

    Power Choices!

    Don't bother taking stealth, its a waste on a regen scrapper.

    Drop Revive you don't need it at all for PvP.

    Take swift over health, movement will give you a greater advantage in PvP than the actual regen. Movement win's fights.

    I wouldn't really take MoG to be honest, on my regenner i was thinking of pickiing it up just for fun use, and maybe had some use against force bubblers, I was really disappointed with it when i tried it during the RV event. If however you do take it, don't put recharges on it, you won't need often.

    I would pick up superspeed at 14, and use hudle/CJ with superspeed during bloody bay and sirens. It's better movement for chasing down people than SJ.

    ..So if you drop revive/stealth/MoG you have three powers free.

    I would go assault/tactics from leadership, extra 10% damage and more tohitbuff. You could then get away with sloting 1acc 3damage 2 recharge to really increase your DPS, and pick up laser beam eyes for some range damage.

    Order of Power choices and slots

    Order of slotting isn't effected in sirens iirc, If you have dull pain slotted for 3 recharge or 3 heal at level 39 it will still have that recharge/heal factor when exemped granted the heal will be lower as your exemped.

    As for the order of choices, I would keeping your current build to 30 as it is, maybe if you make the hurdle/cj change that i suggested. But instead of divine avalanced pick up resilence. There are a lot of stuns going about in sirens call especially with toggle dropping energy melee stalkers who can AS you drop integration then hit you with ET/bonesmasher and stun you. Innate disorient protection is v useful.

  7. Errr one BIG thing imaginary and nightbringer's builds are missing is increase denisty. Thats a BIG mistake if you ask me. If your going for PvP don't leave home without increase denisty especially with the repel resistance. I would drop smoke and take increase density. It has a huge use in PvP and a lot of use in PvE.

    Here's a modified version of imag and nb's hybrid build. Slotting you can totally vary, like take slots out of siphon power and move them else where, 2 acc 3 recharge is not essential... so play around with it, and give us your suggestions. The main thing i would really advise for PvP is get acrobatics because there are SO many knockback powers out there, acrobatics also will give you res to some hold albeit weak res. It will still res KB blow from a brute which is very handy imo.

  8. Go Trick arrow! Grav/Trick arrow is cool and different, Trick arrow is jack of all trades but it will give you some nice soft control!

    Use your group hold/immobilze> the group -res arrow> oil slick arrow>fireball= Mob Ownage!

  9. Quick question about mind dominators.

    How is levitate damage on dom's? I know from controllers it does great damage with containment, but is the damage really worth it on doms who have no containment?

    I would drop confuse, I'm really not a fan of single target confuse's in PvP nor PvE. You already have mass confusion which is awesome. I would personally drop the single target confuse and pick up hasten.

    My experience is level 1 defender attacks do stupidly low damage, and not worth slotting at all....

    Wouldn't teleport be more useful than vengeance, or even oppresive gloom? I would probably choose one of these ever vengeance.

    I wouldn't really slot dark blast at all it does stupidly low damage. Maybe Stick a recharge into twighlight grasp an extra recharge or range in tar patch, Or even slot howling twighlight for more recharges, and of course tohit buffs on tactics.

    We're defianteers and members of the paragon defenders, we're really into our PvP, as you'll have seen on test server.

  15. I have a storm controller and even though i'm forced into taking gale, i think its a really useful power. In certain indoor maps where mobs are pretty badly disperesed for my flashfire+firecages combo i'll normally anchor say an Lt with snow storm, flip on hurricaine gale them into a nice corner and use light brushing of hurricaine to herd them into the corner. Gale really helps me with thsi herding tactic. Situational, but then again useful.

    3)Clear mind, i would stick more ranges in it. 3 ranges.

    4)Regen Aura: 3 heal/3recharge

    5)Drop deceive, air superiority and fly, and pick up combat jumping superjump and acrobatics.

  18. Just Curious, is it gravity's group hold that prevents KB then? I was always under the impression that one of the group control powers does prevent KB.
  19. Insane animation time dude. A squishy can pop a couple of respites, use a self heal etc in that time.

    Actually Stalker criticals don't contain unresistable damage, the only unresistable damage a stalker has is assassin strike.

    Only scrapper criticals are unresistable, not stalkers.
  21. Elec/* looks like the ultimate PvE brute. Elec armour resistances seemed to be very nice aswell, but then again this is an observation from a PvP opponent. I didn't actually play one, so half the elec brutes that i fought were probably using their final tier power.

  23. The main problem with martial arts,katana,spines and claws is at 50, everything in the game has resisitance to s/l damage. Martial arts can get away with it stun to knock off shields. But this is really where energy melee shines with its damage type.

    Spines stalker teams are the best, if yo just spike the same target with impale. Xanth and Archy were doing that while i was running about with my MA. But I wouldn't say spines is the best, yes it does have range but it doesn't have enough impact damage, a percentage of the total damage is DoT.
  24. I wouldn't go leadership pool with an SR you don't really have the endurance for it.

    I'd follow imag's build for PvP. Tried one on test server much like that, and it was insane, stalkers weren't a problem either.
  25. Drop Ice Storm and go frost breath I'd say.

    I would personally try and get energy punch in there earlier.
