Rare Combos I have (eg I've not run into more than 1 or two others on Infinity):
Earth/Sonic Troller
Claws/DA Scrap
DA/Stone Tank
Ice/Fiery Dom
Fire/Icy Dom
Plant/Elec Dom
Elec/Fire Brute
AR/Storm Corr
DM/EA Brute (leveled that ******* afore the buffs to BOTH sets and IO +Def)
Grav/Psi Dom (Know why I don't see this one, they are PAINFUL to level, mine's stalled at 20, and just holding the name)
Also not seen many MA/FA Scraps, or DM/FA Brutes. Both seem to be delicious though. -

Think you'd only get up to 382 Billion, since you need to have an open slot to make another bid, even if identical ones merge. Then you'd only lose whatever pocket millions you had when withdrawing a bid.

********. YouTube or go home. (re. AV Soloing) If you can solo AV's with this, even with temps/nukes/shivans, I'd be floored, and will give you at least 100 Million Inf red-side for proof.
Issues (as I see it):
Tar Patch barely perma with Hasten up.
Irradiate with 0% damage enhancement.
Electron Haze only 66% damage enhanced.
Howling Twilight slotted... when you could use those slots elsewhere.
Fearsome Stare slotted for ToHit Debuff, not Fear.
Neutron Bomb slotted for only 53% Damage enhancement.
Petrifying Gaze only slotted for 26.5% Accuracy and Hold.
Proton Volley... if used as a set mule, needs the 5th slot for the Recharge bonus. Otherwise, needs more Damage enhancement.
Much more Mileage from Dark Servant if slotted for ToHit Debuff or Healing, while he has a Hold, his other abilities are MUCH more potent.
School of Sharks can be unneeded, between the lack of Panic causing rains, Tar Patch, and Fearsome Stare.
Spirit Shark Jaws only slotted for 26.5% Hold.
Shark Skin slotted more for Endurance Reduction than Resistance.
Coralax pet at only 68.9% Damage.
No Neutrino Bolt, Aim, nor Darkest Night.
With all Defenses up, you have a max of 16.1% Defense vs. Ranged, 14.8% Defense vs. Energy/Negative Energy, and 9.8% Defense vs. all other types. The ToHit Debuffs from Dark Miasma won't really add that much more effective Defense, especially versus AV's with their high ToHit bonus.
Approximately 25% Resists across the board, excepting Fire and Toxic, and only 14% bonus HP won't give a large cushion versus the heavy hits that will get through.
Decent Global Recharge (33% base, and Hasten), and I think your Endurance is sustainable (no powers over 1.4 EPS with Hasten up, and approx 2.5 EPS recovery), but I don't see you having the DPS or surviveability to take down an AV.
This could work on team builds, but soloing AV's?
Again, only my opinion and my thoughts, your mileage may vary, offer not valid in the Terran Biosphere. -

...and honestly, I'd be happy if they just sent one freaking person. Just one. I have flown in to DragonCon over 2k miles away twice now. It's not that hard, and it's not THAT expensive, considering, especially if you are willing to go to travel sites or just troll the airline sites for deals. It's really just the same as going to a con on the same coast, just a couple more hours in the air.
...Just no assurances the bindings would hold.
Also, fact learned from CoX Panel @ Dragon*Con: Virtue Players don't use Brackets in reality, because they are RPing themselves.

Hey, to any of ya'll who are reading:
We missed having an official NCNC presence at Dragon*Con this year. Granted, we only had the one panel on Sunday, however, we did manage to make it standing room only. Pinnacle, Virtue, Victory, Justice, and Infinity players were in attendance (off the top of my head), and we had a healthy discussion/debate/argument over the game. And while we appreciate ya'll sending us some promo give-aways from your library of games, we weren't there to celebrate Guild Wars.
So, TL : DR. We missed you at D*Con, there's enough people who'd love to talk to SOMEONE, and here's planning for a larger panel, and an NCNC presence next year! -

Eh... not the best for exemplaring, true, but OP's toon is 32 already, so dinnae think it'd be an issue. I agree though, forgo the travel power if you want a more exemplar friendly build.
