Whats that, you don't know Sarrate's Ozone speed tp trick? Go to the pillar of ice and flames, select the lvl 50 story arcs, the first one on either red/blue side is a Cim story arc, start it and zone to Cim then quit tf.

It should be noted, however, that this can ONLY be done by a 50 as far as I'm aware (only a 50 toon has the highest-level arcs unlocked I believe).

If you all need some help you can contact the people that actually lead the raid on virtue like Angry Angel or Sandolphan. They have another one planned for the week of the 17th. I'm sure they have some good tips.

Below is a link to Angry Angel's post, which also acts as a great guide to doing these. I'm on Victory, so I won't be there, but good luck with your effort, guys!

The City of Heroes website Store is down (4days now) so that's not a option. You can still login to your account and add/change a debit card(Visa/MC logo) do what you need to do and canx it after.

The NCSoft store is NOT current down -- at least not for me (and it's been fine the past few days also). I just went in and purchased an item (City of Heroes® Mini Booster: Temporary 30 Day Jetpack, just because it's cheap). I think there's something happening on your end, Ohsirus... -

Additional Mission Architect story slots are available for purchase (1, 2 or 5 them for $5.99, $9.99, and $19.99 respectively) up to a maximum of eight slots per game account.

Niv, you're missing an "of" (after "5") in not only the forum announcement, but (more importantly) the main-page news story. You might want to fix that for appearances' sake.
(I'll PM this to you also, in case you don't see the post.) -
Legion of Valor is still in existence and going strong after 5+ years of existence!
Check us out at http://legionofvalor.guildportal.com if you would like to be part of a friendly, no-drama (and still pretty darn active) SG. (We also have a red-side contingent; check out http://fallenlegion.guildportal.com for details on that group, made up primarily of the same people from LoV.)
I have to give a shout-out to our buddies in NightShift, however (see above post by Valdy). They are an awesome group of super-nice, super-skilled peeps! -
I'd like in on this too -- I can't look up my arc ID at the moment, but just search on my Global -- "@EricNelson". It's a single-mission arc. Plays, comments and/or stars are all welcome. :-)
I'll be happy to reciprocate for anyone leaving me a comment. I've played some of the arcs listed above, and there is some great stuff out there! -
I picked it up tonight and couldn't be happier! Love the new costume pieces (mostly as pieces, not all together for any of my toons), and the mission teleporter will be a nice addition to many of my toons. I also wish the recharge was more like 1 hour, but having it beats not having it...

Wow, when someone pointed out to me that Doug (DarkJedi) Shuler's piece that my two friends and I commissioned from him quite some time ago was in the new Scoop, I was floored! And also glad that wonderful artwork like these guys produce is getting some of the recognition it so richly deserves.
Thanks for getting that put in there, Athyna! -
Vote MarDun for May (in case you didn't get my PM, Zekiran).

I guess this has been dormant for a couple of months now, but it's interesting to note that I'm a member of a four-person group that began recently with exactly this paradigm -- characters conceived from level 1 ONLY to play together, never solo or with each other.
Instead of going for uniformity, we are trying for multi-tasking, so we aren't duplicating any powers. As noted above, for instance, movement is really only necessary for one character, so everyone else has extra power slots freed up to use for offense or defense.
We have an empathy Defender, a spines Scrapper, a tech Blaster and a Controller, which so far has been a pretty good mix (we're all at 11th level as of this date).
One thing I didn't see above is something that affects the Scrapper and Blaster much moreso than the Controller or Defender -- debt. Since the Scrapper is the primary hand-to-hand combatant of our foursome, he's the one doing an inordinate amount of dying, followed closely by the Blaster. The Controller and Defender spend a lot of time running away, so we have much less debt.
What we decided was that any characters who fall far behind due to a large amount of debt can play enough to 'catch up' to the rest of the group. So far it seems to work okay.
Anyway, just wanted to say the post and all the comments were great, and had lots of great ideas and thoughts to refine the ideas put forth here. Thanks to everyone for their thoughts!
