    Anyone else noticing this?
The enhancement affects ONLY the power it's slotted in (by design).

This. I just got "Perfect Hitter" and all I did was click the 4 glowies in the first room, and then talk to the Drifter (twice) in the second.

Just to be clear for anyone who may not know (I'm sure Ironblade knows, just clarifying), you can get rares and very rares as well, but they are, of course, rarer and very rarer.

I've gotten rare and VR tables on a few arcs here and there, but obviously the common and uncommon tables appear far more often. I find myself soloing Heather Townshend's arc twice daily on toons I'm working on Incarnate stuff in between iTrial runs (once for the salvage reward, and once for the Astrals/Empyrean reward).
  6. Per the wiki, Kismet is available for:

    - 150 Reward Merits
    - 1 Alignment Merit
    - 16 Astral Merits

EDIT: NG, the reason you may have missed them is because of the slider -- remember that you have to place the slider into the range where the recipe appears in order to see it (under "Defense") -- since Kismet is available between 10 and 30, that's where you have to have it in order for it to appear.

    Ah, gotcha.

Next build: Hand Clap gets added, that gets slotted, I get happy.
As I understand it that isn't able to be slotted there, since Hand Clap does no damage...

You may want to read up on how Paragon Rewards tokens work -- I think you are confused. At your level, you can't "waste" them (since Tiers must be completely filled with tokens before being able to select any rewards from the next higher tier), and they are account-related, not toon specific.

I know this is a lot of information to take in all at once -- don't go off the deep end before you have a chance to read and absorb as much of it as you need. And ask whatever questions you have, we're all here to help out.

That, right there, is some sigworthy stuff.

Agge is spot-on as usual. This fact was explicitly stated by Jesse (Ghost Falcon) at the first Pummit.

Keep in mind that you don't have to be "repeating" them to earn this bonus -- the very first time through the arcs on any given character you are also eligible. And you can contact Taskmaster Gabriel "retroactively" and have credit for all the arcs you've completed (at least recently-completed ones) if you're already one or more arcs into the entire story (not sure about if you've completed them all; I assume not, but it does work if you've completed as many as all but one of them).
  19. Yes, it's important to note that a Mothership Raid does NOT require a big League to complete, a single team of decent players and toons will shred it easily these days.

It's also important to note, in relation the spirit of the OP, that you don't even need to complete a Raid to get the badge in question -- simply take down the shields and go scoop up your badge if nobody is into planting bombs, taking out U'Kon Gr'ai, getting Vanguard Merits, etc. A single team can EASILY do that.

Actually, we designed the Retro Sci-Fi set back at the first Pummit in November, so it was "just" about 7 months, Dumple, not a year...
  22. Nope, no other way that I'm aware of.

I guess MP has been running other stuff (such as Magi Trial) recently, but why not just run one yourself? Pop up on the channels and suggest it during prime time, and see how many are interested. Even better, try running it right after Hami runs, since you'll have a bunch of people already gathered in one place. I'll bet you can get enough to do a Mothership raid easy.
  23. Congrats on finally breaking through, Freedom!

Yeah, like Mr. M says, this has worked out great for us. Having a coordinated time to add in that much more firepower, and at that point where he really gets tough, has been eye-opening.
