Yes, to the best of my knowledge, this is exactly how every drop in the game works, with the exception of Incarnate Shards.
  2. Congrats Turg (and Xaphan), that's awesome!
  3. My friend would like that last one, please, No Torius. I'm going to send you an in-game tell right now with his Global, and he'll be online later today in the evening Pacific time.

    Thanks!

Oh yeah, like if I hadn't beaten you to it, you wouldn't have.

And by the way, I wasn't hating on Turg either -- I was teasing Loth on what I just KNEW was coming (and I was right, wasn't I???).

No, he covered them in both his posts above on the subject.
  6. Wow, how did I just know that Loth would be the first to chime in on this particular subject? Now all we need is Turg in here and we'll be all complete!

    Finished!

    Congrats, Snow, that's awesome!

I think you might be referring to the Hydra Enhancements.
  9. Just got this one now, and while it's not as good as some of the awesome rolls above, it's probably the best single A-Merit roll for me so far:

    You received Miracle: +Recovery (Recipe).
You received Touch of Death: Acc/Dam/End (Recipe).
You received Blessing of the Zephyr: Knockback Reduction (4 points) (Recipe).
You received Touch of Death: Acc/Dam/End (Recipe).
You received Scirocco's Dervish: Dam/Acc/End (Recipe).

No, it does not affect the targets -- the proc's 'target' is YOU.

As far as its effect, have you actually checked your Combat Statistics window to verify? You will see "Numina's Convalescence: Regeration/Recovery" under your Regeration Rate and Recovery Rate headings (both of which can be found under the "Base" category of your Combat Stats).

The proc works perfectly as designed -- I'm looking at one of my many toons with this slotted (as I mentioned, into Health) right now, and I see the effects.
  11. Just like the in-game description shows, "Adds a 20.0% bonus to regeneration rate and a 10.0% bonus to endurance recovery rate for 120 seconds." This applies to you, not pets -- but a proc like this is wasted in a click-type power like O2 Boost, because it will only check to "fire off" whenever you use the power.

Most people elect to put that (and the other related procs from the Miracle and Regenerative Tissue sets) IO into the Fitness pool "Health" power, as then it will try to activate every 10 seconds continuously.

    Invite colors

Check the I18 patch notes, under "Team Search Improvements".

    Quote:
The new color scheme works like this:
Jade green: Same team as you
Red: They have 'not looking for group' set
Yellow: They can't be invited to team with you because they're on a mission map or in an arena match
Orange: They're the opposite faction to you and not on a mixed team, so you have to go to their map to team with them
Violet: They're the leader of a team with less than 8 people on it
Pale blue: They're not on a team and you can invite them
Green/grey: They're on a team but not the leader, so you can't invite them and they can't invite you

Awfully nice to see someone give credit where it's due for a change. You are a class act McNum -- glad you got what you needed and are enjoying success in the market!

I believe he meant that you can get them on multiple TOONS at once -- in your scenario, you'd only be able to work on an online toon, hence only one at a time.
  16. Well, my direct experience (and what I've heard from a number of other players) agrees with M-B -- "Master of" badges have been earned when that mission alone has taken over 20 minutes of total time elapsed (I was paying close attention the last time I did it, when I finally earned the badge, because I also assumed it was 15 minutes TOTAL, and so wasn't expecting the "Master of" badge to award, because we had taken around 22:00 total to defeat her).

And I don't think GM support tickets should ever be taken as gospel, with as many basic misunderstandings and outright errors many of us have observed in them over the years.

Definitely good general advice, but don't rely on it to be 100% accurate -- in my (and some other peoples') experience, the zone message doesn't reliably fire off even when you actually see Caleb spawn.

Exactly what I was just about to post, DG.

That's the only "Defeat 50 CoT" badge that I'm aware of, but it should only progress from defeating Succubi or Hellfrost bosses (and it used to be that a hero could only do that during the Valentine's Day events, but of course now it's much easier). So the Ruin Mage makes no sense.

    Red side badges

I also suggest supplementing with the wiki (http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Badges). They're both great resources.

Best of luck with your red-side adventures! :-)

Only by running it through the market, which would entail some risk that it would not end up where it was desired to be...
  22. Try 1180.

(I believe one of Snow Globe's threads around somewhere had details of the settitle changes, but I can't locate it at the moment.)
  23. Some of the most fun I've had in the game in quite awhile gang, thanks for the good times, it was great being part of the bonfire tonight!

There are plenty of places any toon can pull him into the lava but not have to stand in it themselves.

No, but in my experience they stand out quite a bit and are easy to locate even without having the arc name.
