Looks like one of the purchaseable items in the Paragon Market is something that will allow you to unslot either one Enhancement, or all Enhancements on a power (no details yet, just a vague mention).

The respec contact is Jack Wolfe, and he was already mentioned upthread. The cape and aura mission contact is the City Representative, in Atlas, not Galaxy.

The Praetorian starting experience doesn't change at all, as far as everything I've seen/heard.

This is a great point. However, I think it's very important to note that this is not a rule (although I think Claws' statement is correct in more cases than not, sadly), and that there are quite a few great SGs out there that also just happen to have a lot of Prestige accumulated. Some are older SGs that have amassed the Prestige over many years of activity, and others are simply very active, with dedicated members who want to play in SG mode to help out.

I just don't want anyone to automatically equate high Prestige totals with being a farming operation (although, like I said, there are quite a few of those out there, unfortunately).

(Not calling you out or anything, Claws, I just didn't see this point addressed in your post. )

Look in the bottom-right corner of the event creation screen you should be on, creating your Gladiator match -- there's a bubble right above the big, green "List Event" button that is labeled "Rated".

It might help to list what server you are on.

Actually the devs have stated that you will NOT be able to just "buy badges" (except for one badge that will be able to be earned by using the store for the first time, apparently), so I don't think this has been a concern for some time now.

To add to what flipside is saying, you might try something that I find *VERY* useful: on all my level 50s, I bind a key to open (or close) the Incarnate Abilities window:

/bind i toggle incarnate

You can, of course, use any key instead of "i", but I find personally that I don't use that key for anything else, and it kind of fits nicely, too.

Passport badge was for a US toon moving to EU servers. So no, that's not exactly how he got it.

This has been exactly my experience as well. I hit Ouro and solo it as soon as I start on TFC accolade. That takes care of 1 (technically 2 ) of the requirements in under an hour.

No, it's not. The one (new) semi-exception to that is the Avid Reader badge (previously only available in the Praetorian tutorial), which can now be gotten by a level 50 toon that has completed at least 1 Incarnate Trial by speaking with Prometheus in Ouroboros.

Can't you just hold down the "Page Up" key whenever you want to rotate the camera like that? (Granted, it's more of a manual action than using a mouse button, but you don't have to "give up" the ability.)
