Also slot a Performance shifter proc if you have room to spare as well as 4 slots of Impervium Armor for the end recovery and max end.

Fun times! Sorry I couldn't stay for the entire thing.
Next time I'll go to the ATM before the auction. -
I can say without a doubt if IOs never happened I would have left this game a LOOOOOONG time ago> Heck I'm still waiting for the devs to wake up and realize they need to add 1 or 2 sets to Targeted AoE. Preferably sets with decent recharge this time.

Thanks for the invite, I had a blast! I've been so busy PL'ing and farming for purples I almost forgot how much fun it is teaming with you all.
P.S. I have to remember to install Vent. -
I have a special affinity for Super Reflexes. I really like the defensive based sets because there is some room for error for someone like me who more often than not looses the position of their mouse pointer. SR is also cheap to slot IMO and comes with quickness.

So if Herschel gets bitten does he then become Herschel Walker?

Does anyone know if procs work with Chain Induction's primary target only or do they have a chance to go off with every enemy it jumps to?

I don't find it ridiculous, it's actually quite valid. I find some of the responses of players a tad bit too serious. I mean it's just a game, some players responded as if they'd actually get pissed off about someone claiming to handle +4/8.
I just don't see the big deal about it, especially since just because player A has a build that can solo +4/8 doesn't mean player B can take that same build and solo +4/8 against the same mobs. -
They might as well leave the bug that way there is some use for these items other than collecting digital dust lol. I may end up putting some of these in my base just for kicks and giggles.

*puts on flame proof speedo*
Next players will be asking how someone solos a +4/8, because it's one thing if you jump into a group balls out and another if you snipe/pull one or two at a time. Or better yet they'll ask for chat logs/ hero stats logs and want to know how long it took to solo a particular map.
It's just a game, go kill stuff and have fun -
Not sure why anyone would want to skip Trip Mine especially if you have decent recharge and can get double figure mines out.
All this talk about Traps is making me nostalgic... I think I'm going to work on a BR/Traps Corruptor in Mids and use him as my next toon after I get this Elec/SD Brute to 50 and Alpha slotted. -

I think the reason given previously for not allowing us to store recipes is that they devs don't want to encourage hoarding.
Imagine the show Hoarders in the CoX universe. Can you imagine some of the bases we'd see... -
That's an interesting question posed by the OP. I never really thought about what mobs I fight when soloing +4/8, as far as I'm concerned they all drop the same purples and give about the same XP to whichever lowbie of mines is tagging along.

I agree with the 500 points being too much for my tastes but I can understand where they are coming from. They have an opportunity to make money from people like role players that will fork over the 500 points or get you to use your points and hopefully purchase more, so a higher purchase point is understandable.
My thoughts is that it will eventually be on sale for a more reasonable price.
Now if said vanity pet came with different breeds... -
What I've been doing:
Use the handy /auctionhouse to open the auction house, choose claim all influence.
Get locked out
Wait... wait... wait... wait
or
Travel to the nearest actual AH location, by the time I get there it's sometimes freed up. Usually it's not since I have to craft in my base and I also have to exit the base to use /auctionhouse, there is an AH close to the base portal in the zones I favor (Talos, Cap).
Lately I've just been claiming things individually, it's very slow, tedious and annoying. -
Now if they would only release an Pet pack and include a Shiba Inu...
-
Poison trap is a staple power of traps. Take it and slot it up, at the very least with a Lockdown proc.

Well with a scrapper you have potentially more damage with criticals, with a brute you get a higher base % of hit points with I tend to like because with SR the few times you get hit, it will hurt since your damage resistance doesn't kick in until you start taking damage.
SR is a great set irregardless of the AT IMO. This is because it is fairly easy and cheap to softcap positional defense and it is also a lot less interactive than the resistance based sets; which is good for someone like me that constantly loses his mouse pointer or is easily distracted.
The drawback is that you have no heal so you have to supplement that through the Medicine pool, or stacked regeneration through set bonuses (or carry greens around)
I'm sorry I don't have a build handy I lost all my builds when I had to blow up my hard drive and start over. -

I know there was a Party Pack that included sports themed items (Soccer kick, basketball dribble), but as far as I know there are no sports related costume items other than boxing and gis. I wanted to make a football related toon the other day, although I could somewhat mimic the football helmet with the half helmets I couldnt get the face guard etc. There was also an issue with piecing together a passable uniform. If Im not mistaken there are some Lost LTs with football helmets (or am I thinking TVs?).
Id like to see a Sports package released to help bring some themed ideas to life. Here is what I was thinking (Sorry Basketball):
Head
Football helmet Old School leather
Football helmet modern
W/ various faceguards or without
Hockey helmet
Goalie helmet/facemask
Wrestling headgear
Top
Football jersey
W/pads without
Baseball jersey
Hockey jersey
Wrestling Singlet
Gloves
Pom Poms (female only)
Bottom
Football tights with pads
Boots
Cleats
Rollerblades
Roller skates
Ice Skates (may look nice with some sprint powers)
Weapons
Hockey Stick
Golf Club
Tennis Racket
Cricket Bat -
Quote:Word up!If you think you are leveling too fast just go under options and turn off your exp. Problem solved.
IMO there is no such thing as leveling too fast when it comes to players that have been around for a little bit and understand the basic mechanics. Why spend months getting to 50 if you don't have to, unless of course you like to take your time.
I've turned off XP for a couple of toons across my accounts, one at 30 and one at 35 for recipe rolling purposes. Which on a side note I wouldn't have to do if the recipe roll mechanics gave recipes at the slider level. -
As do I, and I thought they wanted to do it, but after seeing the enhancement unslotters it looks to me that they have no immediate plans to change it especially if they can make a couple of bucks from the market.
