Just saying, today has been full of issues logging in
So frustrated right now...

I was able to log in, then I needed to swap toons for a LGTF...oh wait...I can't log in AGAIN!
After a few minutes and attempts, I was able to log in again and play on my Fire/Earth Dom. to do the LGTF.
But then I get that lovely random LCTMS (lost connection to mapserver) bug that I randomly get once a month or so when trying to enter missions....
Now I'm stuck and can't log in again...grr...on the Defeat Weakened Hamidon mission in the LGTF too...hopefully the team has enough holds without me to do it....

I'm guessing that's part of the problem. Everything else is just fine. While I was in the game no lag what-so-ever (I did get booted out, LCTMS, once during the TF but beyond that no issues until the random LCTMS mission bug).
Just glad this isn't during/after the i21 launch....grrr

Well....looks like I'm able to log in now
Only took 6 hours heh....

Hmm, came back from errands; launched the Game Advisor and didn't get the 'cannot connect to update server' error message.
Launched the NcSoft Launcher and it was sloooow to open up. Launched CoH (live) and still get the "cannot connect to login server" error message.
SGmate said (through instant message) that the people he was doing a Mort. Kal SF with was having huge lag issues except for him and 1 other person on the SF. -
Hmm...
Rebooting my router didn't solve anything.
Tried to open up the Game Advisor program to see if it found anything....took a good 1-2 minutes for it to finally open and then it says, "Warning: unable to connect to update server. Please check your internet connection."
But...was playing on live last night (until midnight this morning)...so...*shrugs*
Grrr...
Well I tried a repair (update) in the ncsoft launcher and it seemed to be updating to version 2060.201108180101.1.0 but still didn't work.
And yes, you can ignore this I guess...just me Why does CoH (or Verizon) hate me today? Was playing fine 11 or so hours ago heh. I PM'ed Zwill asking to move this to the technical help section of the forums.
Guess I'll go do my errands now... -
Hmm, is it just me that can't login to the servers? It's saying the login servers are down.

I will agree that these badges are very easy to 'grief' a league...and act like you weren't trying to. -
*waits for the inevitable "well it's working (with workarounds) and we can't NOT launch the i21/freedom until all the bugs are squashed because that would take forever" PR spin that will happen*
Just feel bad for both mac users and for Zwill (and devs) when the bigger/higher-ups say, "release it...we're losing money...don't care about mac users, don't care about your promise to them."
But, who knows, maybe those bigger/crashing bugs will be fixed when it goes live

Yes I could make a toon on the Exalted server but then I'd be not as productive as I could be by lvl'ing my 'real toons' on Liberty or badging with my main, etc....

I can see why they're doing it (to get people on the VIP server so it's not just an empty server) but I just don't like it

My two influence...
I don't like that all the events are on the Exalted server...unless you're saying that the new VIP only server is the only server we'll be on during the head-start.

That was helpful...I know I was healing the best that I could sometimes but...man wish I could sort the league window alphabetically or something...
I will say that I should have the league window set to 'All' and not a specific team. That's how I had it when I was playing my mind/emp the couple of times we were going for the badges. I figured I'm in team 1, for instance, and I have my team window up so I have the league window set for team 2 that way I could see both teams without scrolling through the list of the 'All' in the league window.
However....that didn't quite work to my benefit sometimes. There were a few players that got DIS and I was like, "eep!" and was scrolling through trying to find them....it's like my eyes were skipping over that name for some reason. -

It is true that I don't run hero side respecs at all...well haven't for a looong time...it is boring.
Only other TF I don't run is the Admiral Sutter TF.
Either way I hope that the 2 tfs per side stays

As for Stafford, yeah, injuries are the big unknown for him. They have been for each of his NFL years. I really think that IF he can stay healthy, he's going to have an insane year. Calvin Johnson is one of the three best receivers in the NFL, and adding a running game is only going to help the passing game. His O-Line looks to be improved from the last two years, although they couldn't have gotten much worse.
Romo is the one that I just see as more of the same underachieving that has so far defined his career.

I actually have Danny Amendola (spelling?) as one of my WRs in one of my Fantasy leagues...I remember him getting some decent points at the end of last year. Hopefully it continues for him/Bradford

Just in case you may not have known that.
Just as an aside, their veng. (+def) does not give them AoE defense. So if you defeat lots of Lts, just use AoEs (cones/etc)....

I did a quick search but didn't see anything but wanted to say that I like this week's strike targets or should I say I like that there are 2 for each side.

I hope that this could be continued. Have one be a low level SF/TF (Posi and Cap SF, etc) and the other one be a mid-to-high lvl range SF/TF
