I'm not a numbers guy but are you mainly going for defense bonuses with the IOs?
I have a lvl 24 StJ/Regen Brute that I'm liking so far; I've been told (heard) that going rchg and +hp/regen is the best way to go (since regen doesn't have any defense debuff resistance) and since rchg really effects the Regen set as a whole (perma Dull Pain, get all the heals up faster/etc). -

This won't help you but I know of an sgmate that had one or two "travel power-less" toons back in the day.
Granted his main at the time was an SR so he had Elude (perma Elude days) to help give him +spd.
But what others have said, the Swift+Sprint works well enough; you'll never win "I got to the mission first" races but... :P -
I got my StJ/Regen brute to lvl 22 this morning and got him all common IO'ed up!
The last mission or so (running the arcs in FW atm) I actually increased the difficulty (not by much, just set it to x2
)...but still, usually never do that. And the bigger thing that I've been doing is actually doing a "defeat all that get in my way" when I do missions now...usually just stealth it

But id make a few more changes to wormhole;
Increase the Teleport magnitude on Wormhole to affect bosses
Change the KB magnitude to be KD
Only other thing I'd "like to" see is...
Change Dimension Shift into an AoE Lift power...it's something different and at least it has a better chance of being picked/used instead of DS which hardly ever gets used
Hey, they took out the team recall power early on, so why not take another power out of the original Gravity powerset?
I have a lvl 50 Grav/Therm btw...I like the set but...yeah, "small" changes like have been mentioned would be nice. -

Ugh, I'm getting tired of fantasy football...it seems like every week the QB I have either gets injured or decides to throw 2 INTs and no TDs while the opposing team always seems to have the QB that throws for 4 TDs and runs it in for 2 more TDs....or has a WR/RB that does crazy good things...

I mentioned this in a different thread a while ago but...my quick thought:
For my Mind/Empathy Controller toon:
Use Regen. Aura, Recovery Aura, Mass Confusion, Burnout, Mass Confusion. Tada! That huge spawn of mobs is now killing themselves...including bosses!
Mainly really only use for mass mobs like in a BAF final phase or Lambda but...just a thought

I'm liking my StJ/Regen Brute He's only lvl 19 atm but...he's fun!
My question is, what APP to pick up? Energy is always nice for the extra +end and Physical Perfection but...maybe something better out there? *shrugs* -
