  1. Probably others have said it (haven't read replies) but...

I really don't think it's i22. Main reason I say that is because there are still bugs/kinks to work out (yes another annoying UI bug!).

It's probably the Spring Event though.

The easiest way to do that will eventually be a brand new game that builds on the firm foundation of the current game.
    I'm in full agreement here...

Quite a few of us "thought" Issue 20 was the big "upgrade" (or were hoping at least) because of the actual signed NDA, etc...alas, not so much

    I wouldn't be surprised if they're thinking/doing the pre-production stages of CoH2.

Ah okay; at least that explains why/what happened to me. Thanks!

*stupid teammates always getting in the way! *

Colossus, yeah he can be fast but again Spidey would trump him in terms of speed. In terms of strength Spidey is inferior to him.

Cyclops: optic blasts, but his speed and reaction time are again still human.

Storm: weather control but not superhuman speed or agility.

Wolverine: yeah he's good, yeah he heals, yeah he's got claws and yeah he knows how to fight, but his speed and agility are still below Spiderman unless he got an upgrade in recent years.

Professor X: a telepath: his power works at the speed of thought

Not that I've read anything about the fight but...

Couldn't Storm just summon winds/a tornado to sweep him off his feet?

Sure a "single target" attack like a punch can be dodged, but a huge location AoE?

    Edit:

Or just summon freezing cold/snow/sleet to freeze him like she did to Omega Red in the 90's cartoon? (yes granted Colossus was holding Omega Red down but...)...

Meh, I was done after season 2 (?)...I never got into it and the only reason I really watched any of it was because of "Jayne".

For the rep badges, if you don't enjoy PvP, I would suggest getting together with a friend. That's how I got my PvP rep badges. A friend of mine and I would log through our various alts in an out of the way location in Warburg. We'd take turns killing each other. It was a grind, but was certainly much easier than doing it the legit way, given that this game (at least on my server) has a very small PvP community.

    Good luck.
Yep, same here. A friend and I went to Siren's Call and defeated each other's toons over the course of 2-4 nights (maybe 1-2 hours each night).

Uk, Cinder, Ion and the rest, you guys are the REASON I practically sing Liberty's praises as a Trial-friendly Server here on the Forums, hell, just look at my posts in the Beta Forum over the difficulty slider in Trials argument.

That being said, I support what has been said here 100% I suck at leading (which is why I never do) and sometimes I gripe when I get killed by my own stupidity at times but you all know I cool off a lil bit later and go right back at it. Plus between 3 accounts I have about 20 50s, most have a level shift or 3. Sooo... Here are my Globals-

(yeah.. I know, very original lol)

If you need a +3, or even just a body, send me a tell, I'll always help.

Oh btw, we just ran a successful MoM itrial.

    jk

I haven't been playing for a week (well it will be a week come Sunday). I'll be back Sunday/Monday!

No idea; I've been "signed up" for them for a long time (3+ years at least). Never get those promotional emails.

Yes, I've un-checked, applied, re-checked the box and applied the change to the master ncsoft account...still nothing.

    Grrr

And yes I get bug/petition emails and survey emails but nothing else...

Statesman never defeated Nemesis back on Brass Monday! Nemesis took over Statesman's body and is now copying himself to robots; just like he wanted to copy himself to the Rikti network!

    Edit:

And just think when Tyrant captured Statesman (Nemesis); that's how Tyrant found out how to make the Praetorian Clockwork; Nemesis told him how to do so! Then Nemesis used that info. (knowing the ins-and-outs of what he told Tyrant) and copied himself to the Praetorian clockwork!
  13. I would have to agree with SlickRiptide here heh. *shrugs*

The woman in the photo is looking down at the baby and wearing a wide brim sun hat so her face is completely obscured. She tells my friend that the baby is her, the woman in the photo is her mother who died not long after the photo was taken.

It goes without saying, she wanted him to "use his computer" to remove the hat, because she's never seen her mother's face and that was the only surviving photo with her in it.
It broke his heart having to explain there was no possible way he could help her.

My last job, I worked for a company that did video forensics software. Believe it or not, a lot of cops don't even understand that the stuff in CSI is just fake Hollywood magic.

    hehe sad isn't it?

Another thing that always gets me laughing at those type of shows is the whole, "the person isn't looking at the camera, but we can just move the camera down and then point it to the person's face....like....so...zoom in and...there the person is y. Go get him/her!"

Really?! You can move the camera angle down and do all that from a STILL picture?

But, but...CSI and all those other crime drama shows always zoom in to the face and then can make the pixelation go away!

Why can't you do this for us?!

Pfft, better enjoy it while it lasts; I heard through the grape-vine that perma-wag will be nerfed.

So yes, I suspect two or three coordinated Stalks beginning with AS could probably handle bomb phase one very capably. I'd be glad to bring my assassin droid for purposes of testing that theory, if the timing worked out (would have to be later evening or weekend for me, though).
    Okay cool was just curious

I have 2 stalkers but only lvl 50 and not planning on making them incarnate any time soon heh.

Wouldn't really help against the hallway of bombs either I would presume since you'd be too close to one bomb when you're killing the other one.

So at least for the hallway of bombs, range is probably still best.
  22. I always liked teleporters too; but in CoH...too long to teleport...especially Long Range Teleport.

If CoH's teleport was more like Nightcrawler's tp then I'd choose Teleport and not flight.
