I've been giving Empath a bit of a workout recently, and I can't say I have too many issues. I feel like I have more to do in a good team now, rather than standing around on the sidelines throwing the occasional blast.

When you get an IoP you have to set 2 openings for base raids. So I'm assuing twice a week (unless you keep changing the window).

Not sure if getting more IoP's = more raid windows though.

As a heal it's pretty poor, but it's break free ability is great...and once you start fighting Malta and Carnies it's a godsend!

A mix really, I want to level Ice up...but I want to be able to hold my own in PVP along the way.

One thing I'd say for sure...get tp foe earlier or you won't be able to use it in any of the PVP zones (until Issue 7 at least)

Yeah, a SG with alot of 50's would be able to make a kick [censored] base instantly if the conversion rate was better.

What do people think?

It varies, some nights those damned heroes just keep coming like cockroaches...others we destroy them!

The damage from Katana is pretty nice, with the final attack I can almost 1 shot any squishy, a quick follow up with almost any other attacks means death.

It's not too bad really, slotted with SO's it gives 35% (ish) resistance to Fire, Cold and Toxic...after all, you can't expect to be able to tank.

It's not bad for PVP, but if you're starting from scratch it's certainly not the best available.

The one good thing is the knockdown/back powers...although not much use against most scrappers or tanks. Does make a very effective squishy killer though

It should stack, just make sure you remember to upgrade your CoH account rather than add a seperate CoV account.
