I think I still have the arc on Empath...but I need to get around to clearing my older arcs before I can do it.

Oh no, wait, my mistake. Neuron and Bobcat both appear in Maria Jenkin's arc as well as Tina's arc.

You must've had two arcs open already. You haven't actually done the proper arc.

It may not be perma, but it's up more than often enough. Running through the 1st Shards TF yesterday I was healing and attacking pretty much constantly, while running tactics, assault and Charged Armour, and only once did I even come close to running out of endurance. (That's with 3 heals/3 recharge)

Yeah, I found that as well. When I actually had a team, I'd get loads of /tells asking for help, but when I needed a team...nobody wanted me!

Well with Empath I took almost none of my secondary until around level 30. Before then it was everything I could to help the team. So Hasten, Leadership, Recall friend, CJ, Acrobatics.

Yeah, that was always Empath's problem. I probably experienced all the content through other peoples missions...but my souviner collection is pretty pathetic on Emp.

That's the main reason I went for a regen scrapper second. I wanted something that was easy to solo, just so I could experience all the arcs I missed.

Well I'm cerainly interested, is this going to be zone PvP or Arena PvP? (Either sounds fun to me )

Yeah, I don't find I have many troubles myself. Just because the heals are there faster doesn't mean I'm going to spam them constantly. Personally I just have hasten to improve the recharge of RA/ReA.

To me that just shows a lack of understanding of the empathy set. Having experienced empathy on both sides (being one and teaming with one), I can sfaely say that having a good empath on the team makes a huge difference. Regen Aura + Recovery Aura + Fort + AB + Ice/En Blaster = Uber Ice/En/Regen Scrapper! And having 2 empaths just makes you godlike.

All my heals were slotted 3 heal, 3 recharge reduction, the theory being that players rarely die because a heal isn't big enough - they usually die because it's just not there (i.e. it's still recharging)

Personally I'm 100% happy with the way my ED slotted empath plays, no regrets at all - even if ED was rescinded tomorrow I wouldn't go back to 6-slotting with heal SO's.

I do get what he means, sometimes there just seem to be periods when teams dry up. When that happens a team based empathy build is a real pain. But once the teams role in, it can get stupidly fast, especially since they upped the xp.

Can't really see anything I'd change, it's pretty similar to my build at that level. Although I would recommend taking Short Circuit, fire that off a couple of times in the middle of a mob and they can't do much damage. Even better if you're teamed with a kinetics!

Yeah, I have 3 flight speeds and 1 end redux in mine...and I was able to fly from one end of IP to the other, while running tactics, assault and my charged armour (all 2 end redux) and still had over half my endurance left at the end. That's without stamina.

I'd drop the slots from Maneuvers myself...from the two slots you get a little over 1% def boost, the power isn't really worth it (imo). And I don't think SS needs all those run speeds, especially if you already have swift.

Um...how? Maybe you can get the general direction...but there's no way you can get there before them - nothing is as fast as tp....

On my level 29 Blaster I have the following pool powers:

Speed
Hasten, Super Speed and Whirlwind

Fitness
Swift, Hurdle and Stamina

Medicine
Stimulant (and my next power is going to be Aid Self)

I'll also be taking Combat Jumping at some point.
