Update on team forming, I decided to push the end-date up while still holding the initial draft on Sunday.
This is what I put on the rules thread:
"UPDATE: The draft is still happening Sunday. However, I am allowing teams to form until the Friday before officals (Just under 2 weeks after the draft). Teams under this circumstance will be able to pull from the supplementary draft pool before officials start, if any arise. Basically, if more teams happen after the initial draft, we will hold a supplementary draft before officials start. This will probably also happen the friday before officials start."

When this first showed up I was like, 'Lol...thats gonna be all out of wack". Now I've thought about it all its really saying is you don't have to be played. Stop reading so far into as 'OMG I WILL NEVER PVPZ'. Most captains, even the Vinnie/Silit team will play those that put forth the effort and improvements, so this "rule" shouldn't even cause much alarm.
Now on the other hand if you join a team and never show up, never help the team, never help team mates, then one day show up to a match and expect to play I can safely agree no captain WOULD play you or WANT to play you. Considering the team members who put in the time and effort, you are kind of the ******* of the team if you don't help at all and expect to play when it matters.
Wording "could" be a little better in the rule/regulation, but I find no immediate harm in the principle behind the fact.
On the side note it does, abruptly, spark the thought of forming your own team so you can do things "your way" (thanks burger king). Regardless of the scenario, or the case, in which you choose to fall I hope you don't let such a trivial thing barr you from participating. -

Beam does take a lot to setup, more useful in PvE rather than PvP. "Boss" fights or harder mobs it does tend to shine because you can get all your stuff down before the mob is wiped by your AoE Bursters.
As far as soloing Corrs, Dark/Poison would be a solid solo corr for AV/EB. The -to hit from both Poison and Dark Blast paired with a semi-decent self heal from Dark adds to survivability. -
I will "consider" forming a team if I can get a very solid co-captain and about 4 core people who really put a ton of time into PvP and are pretty serious. I'll attempt at teaching new people and will most likely play everyone as long as they are NOT tardaloo's.
But NONE of this until I can get a solid co-captain -
