Based on what's been said Force Fields seems to be exactly what I'm looking for. Hero Stats can help me keep up on timers and that nice macro will make buffing as easy as clicking and pressing G twice.

Now in terms of what I want t go with this I'm not sure what other power set I want. If I go with a defender I could play like a second rate blaster. Controllers look like a bit of fun, Mind Control and Illusion Control look like a bundle of fun to me. Of course I could also play the other side and unleash an army of Bots! One other thing that I'm thinking about trying is a Trick Arrow/Archery Defender, not quite the most original concept, but hey. Well, once I get a ton of toons running again I'll see where it goes. TA/A is a fun combo, but is quite active. Every power you have is a clickie, so there's no buff and forget or even toggles.

I enjoy Redside more. I've played it so much at this point I feel awkward Blueside, like I don't belong. I spend more time in blue zones via mayhems than actually playing heroes.

Is Redside better? For me, yes. But on an absolute scale? Not really.

Good point. To me, this is the magic origin in a nutshell. The characters who don't make sense until you hit the late 20s or better still, mid-30s. Preferably Corruptors or Defenders. The perfect visual is the magician hovering, cape aflutter behind his baroque arcane costume, as he hurls blast after blast of whatever it is at his assailants, who never get close enough to lay a finger on him.

I've had exactly two characters like this, sadly. Going to go plan out another right now.

They spend a lot of time and sweat making sure the AT's are balanced and the maps are interesting and populated with challenging foes. I enjoy playing the game. For some of us, making things is a big creative outlet. For instance, I write. Stories, poems (manly poems), nonfiction, and so forth. To me, the MA is a new way to craft a story, and is therefore a pleasure to play with.

To me, the MA isn't there to make missions for other people, but to build stories as I make them up. I publish almost none of what I make, and even when I do, I usually pull it back down after my friends have played it. Someday I might feel like making a mission for other people; until then, my solitary silly one-mission arc is all I've got up there.
