Got other "pets" such as seeker drones, FFG or Fluffy in your pet window? They can't be set to Defensive so the icon for "all pet stance" shows up as you describe. Your pets that can be set to defensive, you actual MM pets, are being set to defensive, but because that icon represents all the pets in the window it can't change to defensive.

Problem with bats/tarps is that it ruins you for the other, inferior combinations (all of them)

I just discovered there is a timer on tips which I had never encountered in my testing.
Apparently 1 tip mission per 30 real time minutes so the fastest way will be to have a character do 1, then logout to another, then another and if you were fast enough yet another. Then return to character 1 and rinse, wash, repeat until you have finished all 5 for each character.
So they have made it a bit more annoying to do than logging in a character, running the 5, logging in the next character, running the 5, etc. -

Achilles' Heel procs don't stack from themselves, from other pets, or from other casters. They are unstackable with any iteration of themselves. That said they really helped my mercstermind. Damage procs, ehh, not worth it. Maybe on the bottom tier pet, and only after you are ED capped for damage.

You only need to "run as admin" if you have UAC turned on. UAC is the cause of the "admin" issue when installing Mids', so blame Microsoft.

Question: Do most of the people yelling fire! have mercs above 32? I get the fealing most have played them to say 15 or 20 and quit, you cannot judge a MM set untill 32 some mature slower -
