One of the major reasons that I love this game is the way every big fight turns into a senseless scene of particle effects carnage.

Reverted to 11.3 because 11.7 crashed hard in the i21 beta.

I bet I wind up buying all of it. Maybe not the vault, never actually opened a vault ever.

Can I get a sanity check?

I was hoping for changes to PBs, as I have deleted three of them due to the problems they have. The changes we got, I dunno. No more interrupted dwarf change is nice. Inherent still useless solo. Solar Flare still KB. Pulsar still weak. I'm wondering if my thoughts on PBs are really out of left field compared to what the devs think or what other players think. These changes are nice I guess, but while they make warshades even better, they still don't make peacebringers worth playing to me. Really just removing the radial KB on Solar Flare would make a huge difference.

Of all the things to change about Solar Flare, they change the animation. What do you mean, there's an elephant in this room?

I am worried my beta installation says it hasn't been updated in 21 days. Will I get a huge patch at 5 and be sad?

Predicting Jason as werepanther next ep, Jessica rescued by Jason which dramallamas Jason and Hoyt's relationship, and please will someone kill that God damned witch. Also what gives with the werewolf pack sideshow, the whole werewolf story line doesn't seem to be going anywhere, and man that alpha dude couldn't look greasier if he tried.

Also I really, REALLY hope someone kills Tara, she is tied with Sookie for the worst character on this show and now she is complicit in wholesale vampire murder. Really I would love to watch the Eric and Pam Hour costarring Lafayette the other characters are middling at best.

I'm really looking forward to this beta. Enough that I will probably squander my DXP weekend playing on the beta server

Where do we post about our experiences, discuss changes, and just generally give feedback once the VIP beta begins? Also, is this a weekend thing or is it open for business for the duration?

Significantly improved over the last pics that I saw. Part of me wonders why so much of the new design has to be so... pointy, but then again, they are not the Circle of Rounded, Safe Edges.

Of those three power supply providers, the only one I would trust is Corsair and I would trust them with my life. A 600W Corsair will power that system no problem.

At first glance:

• Hard drives too small, why bother with RAID1, it's not backup
• Power supply garbage brand, no need for that many watts
• No need for 2GB RAM on graphics adapter
• Do you really need to burn bluray
• Paying extra for that NIC is a sucker's move
• Why bother with watercooling when you can OC just as well on air (hyper212 is cheap as borscht)
• Almost certainly don't need Windows 7 Pro

Get a 1GB 560Ti, drop the watercooling, drop the gimmick NIC, get Win7 Home, drop the bluray burner unless you really need it, get a decent 2GB HDD and don't fuss with RAID1. Your money of course, but I would also just order the parts off Newegg and assemble it myself. If that's outside your expertise/comfort zone, pay a pal a case of beer to do it. Save you some money.
