Thanks for your input! Putting this together has been significantly hard, since I've been out of the game for a lot of time and never played with IOs before. Your help has been invaluable
Answering to your comments:
- Yes, I plan on exemplaring a lot. To see low level SA, TFs, and all the stuff. Thats why I plan on having all my IOs of level 30max, if possible, to keep the bonuses as much as I can
- I will play with the idea of swapping hoarfrost and hibernate. I'll see during my playtime which one of both I would like to have and use more. The original idea is that I shouldnt need an "oh-crap" button a lot, and I need it, hopefully I can hibernate and let seeds/creepers/fly trap take care of the situation. But I will keep hoarfrost in mind
Now is time to get more cash! This is not going to be cheap -

I have made some changes to the build following your tips
- Removed Entangled, Hoarfrost, and the Concealment pool. Added Fighting pool and Maneuvers (I wanted to keep Hoarfrost but needed another power-slot for the last Lotg+rec in Maneuvers)
- I changed some more Slots. I got more recharge, more Def, and more influ to farm
- Placed all my slots (I had 3 left on the previous build)
Im not sure about creepers slots yet. I ended adding 2 procs (I read they were godly), 3 Dam/Rech, and a rech IO
I also got the Kismet tohit, but Im not sure if it will be overkill. I dont think I will be fighting +4s anytime soon
Any more feedback, please?

Hi again!
I've been trying to put a build together to see if I can get some feedback, it has only taken me 3 hours!
Some questions:
1- Will I have enough attacks to keep a ST chain and/or an AoE chain?
2- Do I have enough recharge for perma-Dom? If not, what can I do to achieve it?
3-I have tried to stay away from teh expensive purple sets. I know that some purple sets (inmo, sleep) are cheap, I can try getting those if that would help. Are they needed?
4- I know is not cheap, but I already have some LotG recharges (I think I have 3-4, plus I have two chars for getting hero merits so I should be able to get the rest of them quick). Is there any other enhancement that costs like a gazillion?
5 and last -I have 3 slots left. Not sure where to put them. Hoarfrost? Psi Dart? Health/Stamina?
Any sugesstions, please?

I remember really wanting to pick Pyre Mastery a few years ago, but Conserve Power was really needed as far as I recall. Then picking FA and slotting endredux in some powers to offset it cost was easy -

Hi Little Whorn! Thanks for your reply. In the end I have decided for Plant/Psy as it was my original intention. Access to IOs is not a problem, same as influence. I just cannot affor 2bill recipes, but LoTG and such are inside my posibilites
Any chance of an IO build? Im pretty null with making builds

Quick update:
My friend cant just decide between plant/psy and plant/fire. He has 2 great concepts for both chars, but not enough character slots. Can anyone state the differences between both? Seems that Psy is safer and has greater recovery/regen, but Fire may have better ST and AoE damage? -
Hi, a friend of mine went to a TF yesterday with a plant domi and he fell in love with the set.
He asked me to come (he is premium) ask a few questions, since none of us have played a dominator.
He wants to know if a Plant/Psy can take an AV solo. Well, or any other Plant/*
Also, if anyone could share a build, it would help a lot. Money is not a problem (he is not inf capped but have a fair amount and is willing to farm the market for more). He is willing to pay for Zephir, LotG +Rech, some cheap purples, but not 500mill in a single enhancement
He wants to perma-Dom, and as stated above, be able to down an AV if neccesary. Bonus points for AoE damage
Can Plants/Psy do everything he asks for? He is willing to change his secondary, but Psy and Fire are the ones he likes the most.

The thing about fire is that a lot of times I see myself iddle (all mobs debuffed/DN up, TP down, pets at full health) and no attacks to use (other than veteran rewards), so I thought that Fire Blast + Fire Ball could help with filling those gaps. I will have a look at the other pools anyway (even if it means going rogue-villain and back to hero)
As I said, there was a moment when I didnt know where to put my slots. I think I still have one slot free. Thats why I 6-sloted Maneuvers -

If I recall correctly, I have all the primary. For ST attacks, Scorch, Incinerate, Great Sword. For AoEs, Consume, Circle Sword. Build Up. Combat Jumping, Super Jump, Acrobatics. Tough and Weave. Conserve Power, Focussed Accuracy, and that Health+Stamina passive. With a typical SO slotting.
