On a side note towards this thread. The guild/super/villain group should be responsable for teaching the nubs the ropes. I mean there the ones in most case the fault for PLing them. They should ask questions in broadcast or members in there SG. What we do in my VG.. I randomly do a TF, or badge hunting and etc. I created a PVP built for Dazmin Brute. I have my members come help in RV even though they are still fresh around the collar. Its a great thought but I think you should worry about your members.
