Well you know by now that they only come out at night, yes? It's too bad that you didn't start this during the Halloween events (permanent darkness). My favorite hunting ground for them, on several characters has always been the sky scrapers just outside the DA gate in SE Talos. Other than getting a bigger team, there's that option.
Also, if you're beyond the level of the natural BP story arcs, there are a few portal missions with high-level BP that now give credit towards the badge (didn't previously). Here is one, there may be others.
And, of course, you can always flash back to the story arcs. -

A received one of the Rikti costume codes as a completely unsolicited gift from a fellow player and forum-goer. It's a simple little thing, but counts as one of my favorite highlights of playing this game, ever.

A few guys in my old SG swore by having SS and SJ on all their characters. "BEST TRAVEL POWER, EVERRRRR" was the motto. I have a blapper that I ran out of power choices on, so I gave him the same combo. Fast travel speed, amusing.

Well I should clarify that I have most of the settings at medium. It's the character settings that are all redlined. If I'm going to fight crime, I have to look good doing it.

You are running the game now right? GR doesn't change anything, it simply allows you to start characters in Praetoria. No need to change your graphic settings. If your frame rate is acceptable on the Rogue Isles then I don't see anything that would cause you problems in Praetoria.

Didn't see this publicized anywhere, but perhaps I missed it. So they didn't really summon Rularuu himself, right? Just an aspect, I'd assume.
