In beta, there was some discussion about that same letter...especially after Lady Grey's "I know all about Incarnates, yes. I'm also only going to tell you what I feel like telling you, and nothing more. Don't even bother asking. In fact, I insist that you don't. And finally, you know how Recluse and Statesman can get possessed by the Well? Notice how that DOESN'T EVER HAPPEN with me? Toodles."

Back on track again. Burnt a billy the other night, and should have another one by the end of this week. Mebbe. Some market wackiness threw all my niches.

There are a lot of things wrong with this entire paragraph.

My main character has no name. He is forbidden by the old ways to name himself.

They do indeed spawn fast. When I was beta-ing I19, Trappy would often just swan dive straight into the lava. Never saw a bifurcation, not much of a fight. On live he spawns them at a ridiculous rate. I attempted to solo him in my Defender and gave up after he had about 15 bifurcations running around. At the time, I didn't think to try to pull him out of the end room to the hallway--I just found a team. :/

Old, but good news. Nice press.

This^^. I figure the badge text is another misdirection. Like how a lot of people thought the Faultline revamp/Rikti invasion was the new moon zone.

Interstate has been closed two days in a row, now. C'mon people, this isn't even real snow yet. I mean, I can still see stuff.

Quote:Thus far, this best sums up my feelings on the Remiel arc.It sucks the fun out of the game in the first mission as that has less than zero challenge. All you need to do is ignore everything but the mender, talk to him, and end the mission.
The exposition is dull talking to either Recluse or Statesman.
The mission with Trapdoor is so far out of left field that it serves little purpose in the story.
The talk with Lady Gray is somewhat interesting, but only after you do a mission with poorly defined goals. The ever flowing portals can be avoided and still be able to complete the mission, yet that isn't readily apparent to most players.
The final mission is completely anti-climatic.
I find the whole arc to be a nearly forgettable waste of time. -
Because City was a successful MMO from the start.

Quote:That's often the first thing your ISP will ask you to do, so you can rule out a crappy router. If it works, even remotely, it's a quick and easy way for them to say, "Welp, guess you better get your DLXPoopStinker Router replaced before you bother us again, huh slappy?"Do you guys think that if I just directly hooked up my Laptop to the Internet Cable from the Modem that I would have Internet until I got the Router fixed or just got a new Router?
Give it a go and see what happens. -
Atlas Park last night:
"LOOKING RFO MONKEY FARRRM!!"
"MONKEY FARARM LOOKING FR MORE!!!!!"
"AE TEAM NEEDS STTHREEE TANKS FOR MUNKIEEE FRFAMM"
You can't beat these sort of people. So don't bother trying. They probably won't even notice the change in XP. -

Quote:*sigh* You do know that 50% means half, right? The only thing I can suggest is checking your co-op mission complete settings. I dual-box, and my 2nd account is set to automatically accept mission completes for matching missions. Ran through the whole arc with 2 sets of pairs, and each mission was completed once per pair, with each character getting credit. However, if your settings are to automaticallly reject co-op mission completes, then you will have to run the same mission multiple times.

I know that. I'm only relating what other people who previously had the problem, and now don't, experienced. I didn't say it made sense.

During the Stupid Monkey Drought of Ought-One-Oh, I cheaply filled every single salvage slot on all my throw away alts with orange salvage and relisted it for the normal going rate. It's probably only going to net 200-400m per character...but for a low level alt to just have 500m sitting in their pocket, they'll never want for common IOs again.

Ditto on the "Might actually have to bother doing this" front.
