  1. HWAR! Despite my recently increasing City cynicism, I am LIKING this. THANK YOU. Next week will be awesome, but three months and a week from now will be HARDCORE.

So...WHY are they still locked out for PCs? It makes no sense!
    Because they said so.

Why, is this a petition? Because those are against the EULA.

That would be sweet, but I'm holding out for decent coloring options on that bird head. Need to upgrade my raven.
  5. Welcome to the game, quit necroing old threads.
  6. Very interesting. Looks like it's not a standard lorem ipsum.

Have you ever put someone on ignore, and then been, like, "Hey, you have 53,000+ posts!" It's like trying to ignore a damp breeze in a hurricane.

Speculate and interpret as you will.
Did you really reply to yourself seven times?

It was in the PowerPoint from back at Comic Con.

By all means, continue with your opinion--though I see no need for the insults. They make you look bad. I've been a part of this community since February of '04, and I'm sure our perspectives differ.

When I finally get there, this dude shows up and offers to run with me. He stuck around for a few missions and then showed me the AE missions (what a blast those are!), explained how to access them and then dropped 20mill influence in my pocket outta nowhere.

Have any of you encountered (or caused an encounter of) a random act of kindness?
Sorry Alyssa, that could describe about 85% of the playerbase. You'll have to be more specific.

I'd say more, but I'm due for moderation again.

Not at all. If anything, I wish I was more eloquent. It's, at best, a kludge response--but it is how I feel. A very simple and easy goal would be keeping the Monthly address...you know...monthly. Like, if it always came out the second Monday of the month...that would be a good thing. Further, it would be nice to see some of the concerns of longtime subcommunities like bases and PvP addressed.

Frankly, I'd just like to see the forums fixed as a first step. A monthly state of the game address is no good, if no one can read or respond to it.

This^^^. They said they were going to start doing mini-issues way back at, Comic-Con, was it? Second Coming or whatever his name is said that Incarnate Strike (19.5) was going to drop within a few weeks.
  18. It really bothers me seeing, I feel, the focus of Paragon Studios moving drastically farther and farther away from the community. I don't think I'm the only one that feels that Paragon Studios has little to no interest in a community that has existed since before the game even launched.

I am guardedly and cautiously optimistic about new communication and new red names, even though it seems to boil down to (thus far) a new advertising press release to read once a month.

    Please prove me wrong.

No. (Betting good money that they're not going to micros for Incarnate content)
  21. Issue 19.5 sounds pretty good.
  22. Leo, don't you also have that weird City interface that pops up on the bottom of your screen? That bug is way weirder than the new urban camo copters that Longbow is using.

It's still a bug and still annoying for sure, but I wouldn't be able to tell you why it happens or what triggers it. Another annoying bug is that the halberd areas appear to be a single "line" that can be deceptive as to how big the area actually is.
Good to know that I'm not crazy, thank you. Most everyone else on the team was seeing the same thing I was, even though we had different computers (obviously). Thanks.
