And since, in the next update, the other side is getting a big fat upgrade--invariably it will go the other way: you'll be expected to start in the Galaxy's Last Stand tutorial, instead of Praetoria.

Quote:This probably should have been the second post in the thread. Thanks, Ironblade! Now that you've received multiple conflicting answers (since there are multiple 'stores'), tell us exactly what you are trying to buy and we can tell you where to find it.
If you're talking about game expansions, booster packs (Science Pack, Mutant Pack, Steampunk Pack, etc) - these are in the NCSoft store which is web based. If you're talking about server transfers, extra character slots, these are handled at the character selection screen. If you're talking about the Rocket Board, Titanic Weapons powerset, etc - these are not in the game yet and the store that will carry them does not yet exist. -
This thread has a valid question in the original post. And the correct answer (/petition, /ignore, move on) was already given.
But I knew, I just knew, when I saw the thread title that certain persons would come in here and do their usual thing and waste everyone's time with the usual shallow and vacuous posts. -
Quote:I know it's semantics, but I have to disagree. I've purchased stuff from the in-game store before. It may be kludgy and have minimal content for sale, but it was entirely in-game. Further, you can't buy the in-game items at the PlayNC store. Which, while having all the "good stuff" one would probably want to buy, is not at all accessible from in-game.The in-game store doesn't actually exist yet. What DumpleBerry and Starpheonix are talking about is the NCSoft store, which is accessible from the Character Creation screen. You can buy respecs, charater slots, and server transfers there.
For the actual in-game store with powersets, costume pieces and more fun in-game items you'll have to wait until i21/Freedom is released later this year. -

Quote:Absolutely correct, on all points. Star has everything covered, but as Aett notes--they could pull something like what they did with GR. IE, patch our servers to I21 24hours before the F2P account migration occurs.Same as City of Villains and Issue 6 and Going Rogue and Issue 18. I assume that Freedom deals with the Paragon Rewards, Paragon Stores, and the F2P aspect of the game and I21 deals with the new trial, tutorial revamp, and new zone. Just like I6 dealt with the PvP zones and ED while City of Villains added new powersets, new contacts, new enemies, and new zones.

I only had a few comments from my limited experiences, and Xan pretty much covered everything nicely. What's griefing for some is still participation for others. I guess I didn't do a good job of explaining that in my first post in this thread.

You'll see it at the character select screen. IIRC, it's a shopping bag in the lower right hand corner. Hopefully someone can clarify, because I don't use it.
Pretty much the only things that I know it carries are name changes and extra character slots.
All this will change with Freedom. -

And there you go. Again, I think this is all we're going to see because A.) not terribly many people are eligible for it, and B.) we'll have the Rewards in-game long before 90 months rolls around.

I'm endlessly consumed with minute little costume details. The sad thing is, I'm not really that good with the costume creator as it is. Still pining for jewelry, makeup, piercings, tattoos and PARITY between male and female options.
In any case, and NS has referenced this before--ALL the old textures need updating. I wouldn't even mind mitten hands that just looked better. -
I can confirm that /vault is in game and awarding just fine along with the Tenacious badge.
I don't expect any redname post on it, because it will all be swept into the Paragon Reward program very soon. Arguably, they're better off NOT saying anything about it. -
Quote:If you're past tier seven, no.I'm curious about the Going Rogue Enhancements that are part of Tier 7. I already have them so will I need to spend a token to buy them again?
Gol-
If you're before tier seven, no.
If you're before tier seven, and want to go to the next tier, yes. -

Warning, this thread contains angry vampire cowgirl.

There it is.
This is why you'll never get to retire. -

Quote:I'm sorry, but it's sad how much someone flying by and shooting rayguns from their hoverboard at a giant jello monster affects me. *wipes a tear away*You can see said hover board @8:03ish here: http://youtu.be/YMnt5XcbmE0
