  1. Newsflash: they've been operating under the new EULA since well before 9/1/11. Love it or hate it, it's the way things are.

Also, the grapes probably taste bad.
  3. Does the current build on Beta reflect this? IE, can I check in and see what my VIP status is?

Still despising how the rewards are being meted out, but whatever.
  4. So...where are they talking about this?
  5. HUrrrrrrrrr.....my precciiiioouuuussss....
  6. I like those terms. Also, this thread requires more awesome.

    OMG.
This is a make or break issue for me.

    I suggest doing both.

We have the option of turning off our experience and gaining more influence. I propose doing something similar, but the opposite. Give us the ability to turn off our influence gain and in return, double our drop rates. All recipes have twice the chance of dropping (including purples and pvp IOs), vanguard merits and architect tickets drop twice as fast too.
This not only halts the influence brought into the economy but it also gives us more to sell on the marketplace - further utilizing the biggest inf sink in the game and increasing the outflow of revenue.

Edit: Just noticed the typo in the title. Won't let me edit it - fail lol.
Holy crap. It's small, and well thought out. I...like this.
  10. That was actually written such that I wanted to read it.

    Yes, I'm excited.

Also, Jesus, people. Stop talking if you don't have anything worthwhile to say.
  11. The wiki article on the actual Will of the Earth pet is dated 2007.
  12. Right, fill the forums up full of waste posts, so that when we manage to get them to work, they'll suck then, too? BTW, I got kicked twice trying to reply.

50B (rough estimate of what I'd bring back if I shut down all marketeering immediately -- outstanding bids, etc).

I assume some are much wealthier because of some of the inf-to-prestige machines I've seen functioning and how quickly they work.
Where the hell do you keep that? I mean, just the liquid inf? The most I've ever had was maybe 10-12B or so...and it was so unwieldy I was glad to be rid of it. Now that I'm back up there again, or higher, I'm giving it away again.

    Well played...

  16. Hello, thanks for letting me know I'm not crazy.

Happens for me consistently with characters in Talos, and once with someone in Peregrine--though I'm sure that's all a coincidence. This is really aggravating. Some of my characters are unplayable.
  17. Can we please keep these in the original thread? It makes it easier for the devs to ignore this issue.

  19. I'm always amused when new players rant, or demand refunds. (Which, by the way, a $5 refund? Isn't that a bit much?) Not so much on the part of, "They didn't get to play, and they deserve it/don't deserve it," but more on the part of everything all us old salty vets have been through since 2004 and just accepted because that's the way it was.

Ah, remember when there were only fifteen people who were paid to care about the game?

You've already put more work into this than anyone at NCSoft, so thanks.
