You can put the attribute monitor anywhere you want. I think a lot of people just put it top right because that's where HP, End., Xp and etc. are displayed.

Frankly, I'm disappointed at the low number of posts and page views. This sort of thing is more exciting for me than I15.

In my experience, it's been any foe of level 47 or higher. It doesn't matter where they were defeated, or by who.

I would kill for a weekly column. Also, keep in mind that there surely are plenty of questions that he can't answer for a variety of reasons. Imagine if someone asked on day one why the Rikti invaded and Manti popped up to explain every single detail of I10. I'm sure we'll be seeing answers ala "Ask again, someday."

Nice work, MD. Though you forgot the random 12-year old who rolls up the most offensive character they can imagine, and then bounces around Atlas shouting racial or sexist slurs.

Also, and I'm only saying this because I'm not sure if the OP is aware, while the LotG +Recharge is a handy proc, there are plenty of set bonuses that give +Recharge. You could get pretty high with good slotting before even having to look at LotGs, and cheaply, too. As an example. Good luck.

There is an entire set of signature character (both hero and villain) emoticons floating around. I am still disappointed that they aren't/weren't readily accessible by us board monkeys.

EDIT: Thought about it for a while, I bet they were for City of Hero.
