It's not a colossal amount of information, either. We still have a lot of dial-up users. Patching may take forever, but they can still play.

THis makes it practically impossible for lower level characters to get a hold of them. I am suggesting a 1,000,000 influence / infamy cap on pricing in the consignment house / black market. I believe this is a fair cap as it still garners players large sums and still leaves it reasonably available for lower end characters. I know the gold miners and hoarders are going to complain about this but we need a fairer pricing system that allows rarer recipes to be purchased (when available) by lower level characters.

Had two merits on my main.
Was in Atlas, joined a team hunting presents and such. WL spawned, defeated, earned two merits.
Off to LW's realm. Surprisingly, a ton of people dropped the team before we left. Recruited a bunch, went in, beat LW. Not enough damage, got the rewards but no badge. Now up to 12 merits.
Hopped to the next instance, re-recruited the team, defeated LW with a few seconds remaining on the clock (awesome) and got the badge to boot.
Kicked back to Atlas, with 20 merits. Hit the CH for a random roll. Miracle, +Recovery. -
I got two candy canes, fighting a BNY map set for -1/x4. I know there aren't a lot of snowmen on that map, but the RNG must hate me. Sixty percent sounds pretty shiny.
