I checked going rates on the Market currently, and all the Apoc pieces are well in excess of 300M apiece--at the time I checked, some were even higher than 400M. I don't have the inf. to sit on everything at once, currently--too many trades for folks. So I'm going to bow out of this one.
The Hecatombs, however, I might consider. They're all, last I checked, just under 300M apiece. What's your time frame? -

Arbiter Fab is a nice guy, and not just a forum or Pocket D "thing." If anything, Arby Fab is a City of thing.
Xan, as someone who appeared in the official comics more than several Freedom Phalanx members, combined, I would think you might be somewhat sympathetic. Unless you're like Grae and just secretly enjoy all the attention.

And while I'm sure everyone here is aware of it, just for the sake of saying, and for those at home: inf. earned in stores, markets, or trading does NOT count. So your total influence on-hand is NO benchmark of progress. Look at the badge bar instead.

It depends on what you mean re: "sweeping additions/changes." We've heard plenty of little things (IE, less than 10% mobs now show on maps, along with glowies) as well as a big thing or two (ultra mode) that might be ready early.
Since this would involve a whole "extra" beta and follow-up patch round, I think I'd prefer that they just keep it all to GR, rather than put anything out earlier. -
I expect they'd be more likely to just remove useless chaff from the CH db, vs. throwing the whole IO shebang on edge with the higher-than-50 crowd.

CoX is Cox. I've never had trouble with any character vs. the CoT, not even a Defender. By and large, they seem to be annoyances, and not much more. I think you've just had a permanently bad rash of PuGs.
Anyways, if you want a blue-sided character that is resistant to mezzes and dishes good damage...Scrapper? -
