SupaNerd, thanks for clarifying--I think I understand where you are coming from much, much better. Here's the thing, though: I get the feeling that the amount and type of content that you're looking for is something on par with CoV, or GR. Either you need to change your perspective regarding what constitutes content, or you need to change your perspective regarding the timescale. If we only get what you may feel is actual content every five years on the nose...then that's the schedule. Though I think it isn't fair to generally handwave all the content in the regular issues schedule.
Also, as Techbot said, it seems as though most of your issues (well-founded though they may be) are only problems to those of us inside the machine, and "in the know." A lack of the CoP isn't going to sway someone outside the game who's never heard of it. A presence, I concede, would have the opposite affect.

It's not bugged, but you might be. There is a known issue with an upcoming fix where account reward information gets corrupted. If you've caught the bug, you need to take it up with CS. Open a ticket...and keep it active.

Incidentally, you'll also get LIVE access to Demon Summoning prior and independent of I17/GR. Just not in time for DXP. Also, I think you might be making things harder than they are. I certainly didn't not have had some possible issues with yes in fact not understanding your currently recent post.
