Never.
You don't necessarily need to take a travel power. Especially with all the alternative options these days. -
You know the rule, "There's always one..."?
The MRP and ERP folks, by and large, are good people who aren't doing any harm and won't bother you.
Re: the rest of the server, again--largely good people doing good things. Second-highest-population server, full of nice people. -
I'm expecting it tomorrow, Makai. Welcome back.
-
The crap wiki isn't just cheap, it's also dangerous. I have seen RMT folks make spurious edits, as well as viruses in the advertising.
-
From the sound of things it was a good game, but I didn't get to watch it. We don't have NBC over here.

Quote:Looks like a SG recruiting fair is going to happen soon. It might be worth your while attending in character and seeing who there is similarly in character and screening applicants, rather than spamming for prestige mules. Is there anywhere that I can post my alt's information for the various SG's to look over? (I am still going to look over the SG at the top of the board.)

If you don't get your deal completed, PM me and I'll try and arrange something for you.

A copy editor is pretty low on the list of concerns for this game.

Quote:Everywhere. The point I was aiming for was--if you hang out in a nightclub, the only people you're going to get to meet are the kind that hang out in nightclubs. Sure, there tend to be more of them there...but are you looking for quality or quantity?Well besides Pocket D and under Atlas where else is the RP located? And how would I go about finding decent RPSG/VG's?
1. Join Virtue teaming and RP global channels
2. Find an RP SG--no, don't accept random invites to prestige farms in Atlas, generally you have to apply to the decent SGs out there. Check the threads at the top of the boards.
3. Stay in character when you can. RP can be a casual thing around here at times--if you aren't RPing, people won't RP back. But if you do RP...chances are folks are going to notice and do the same. -
Quote:I'd argue that that's more a lack of interest, than a failure to surprise.More of a...do I get surprised "on test" where I'll have to replay it all on live.
OR
Do I get suprised on live, and play it all for the first time on live!
I'm pretty sure that's what the poster meant.
There is a difference for some people. Even more so, for those people (not saying the poster is one of them) who complain about playing through something more than once or twice. -

I'm still proudest of the ITF that took us two days to complete. And I do mean, we (a teammate held it for us) were on the last mission map for two consecutive days.
-
The Girdle of Hera, as well as some latent longevity in the genes for the descendants, would be an added bonus.
-
I've never understood the concept of "It ruins the surprise." Whenever it happens to me, whenever I find out, whatever it is--I'll be surprised then. And if I'm not surprised then, I'm sure as hell not going to be surprised at some epic later point in time.

I'm sorry, I just moved 5B from blue to red and I can't help you out right now. Good luck!

Quote:That they're awesome?Well, well, well, now, an MMO company has offered free character server transfers during December through March, nearly 1/4 of a year? Thus encouraging players to redistribute themselves across servers, likely consolidating on some populous servers, leaving others relatively under-populated? During the worst economy since the Great Depression? When players are complaining about some servers being virtual ghost-towns? During a Double XP Weekend, when former players are expected to return in large numbers, requiring the company to expend significant resources to process transfer requests? Why would a company do this? What is the business rationale? And what is the logical conclusion?

*reads I17 mail note about buying GR right now*
*realizes can't actually buy GR right now*
*deletes* -
Quote:I...don't think so. GR has a lot more coming with it, and all of that content update isn't on some separate CD that has no effect on the game client. There is going to be a massive change in the game client concurrent with everyone updating their account serial numbers.False, Going Rogue wont have an issue attached. I17 is what would had come with GR and perhaps a bit more.
I can't see it *not* being an issue update. But we'll know soon. -
