I17 Beta hasn't started yet. And if it had, and if there was an NDA involved, they couldn't tell you anyways. Also, there's still a good chance you'll be invited to the beta.

Well of course PlayNC is going to refund the money. They aren't going to compensate you for your perceived pain and suffering, though.

Since I'll be going the CE preorder route, I don't think I'll have any competition for the buy button.
But seriously, if you overdraw your account and start bouncing checks because you can't count, or have an itchy trigger finger...PlayNC is not going to cover your bank fees or buy your groceries for you.

Yeah, I have yet to see an actual date anywhere. If it's not for sale by Thursday, they'll have to...gently massage the statement about having Dual Pistols for DXP weekend. My guess is tomorrow, simply because most stuff relating to CoX is Tuesday-oriented.
Two things to keep in mind: they may have agreements with various websites to host special revelatory information, so don't just F5 the main boards.
Also, when you DO purchase it, you'll be purchasing with a lot of other people. Hit BUY once. ONCE. If you hit it more than once, well...some people just don't seem to understand this concept. -
Since it actually has to be for sale by then, I sure hope the info is out.

It's not for sale yet. They say it is, but it isn't. Wait until later this week. Also, important distinction: You can only Prepurchase the regular edition this week. If you wish to preorder, as in preorder the CE, you'll have to wait until later.

EDIT: Also, to clarify, you can't actually "Preorder" right now, you can only "Prepurchase." It's dumb semantics, but it may be an important distinction to you. You can Prepurchase GR this week, you can Preorder GR:CE at a later date. -
It's a good time to be a CoX fan. I17 beta starts tomorrow, right on the heels of last week's wonderful reveal. GR has to hit the PlayNC store before Thursday, and promises to knock our socks off with all manner of WANT NAO details revealed this week. My money is on an announcement tomorrow.
I'm not much one for starting threads so I'll just tuck this here, but woo, go us.
