My legs are only for killing. That and helping kittens out of trees.

Right click your shortcut, go to properties, and add -uiskin 2 to the target address.

If you're referring to your post count, it's by the number of posts you've made. There is no such thin as Forum Cartel, however.

Isn't this against all those new forum rules, even if it was in the "right" place?
-
OMG, lol.
The best part of all was when you said you weren't going to bother unless you got your own personal Paragon Studios staff. Holy entitlement. -
It's good method RP. Everyone in Paragon City is so used to beating on Arachnos, you really don't feel safe walking around in public.

How to Get
To obtain this temporary power, heroes have to complete the Find out who's supplying the Freakshow with the new weapons mission assigned by Tina Chung or Neal Kendrick for levels 30-34. -
Jumping out of the KR tram station, I'd almost always end up falling onto that rock in the middle of a meeting. Sorry people!
-
God I need a new computer. Those screenshots/costume are AWESOME.

There's a ton of stuff floating around in the game files that has never been implemented, but is latently sleeping in the code. Nemesis Horse, please.

I get PMs like that all the time. Chalk it up to being, apparently, known to be a knowledgeable and helpful person.

It's Pez!
I seem to recall a video floating around of Pez also doing impressions of various classic emote dances. Good times. -
My crab should hit full-on hero tonight. The alignment and morality missions have been just fantastic. It's been very exciting, exactly the way I've RPd the character for years, and he'll see you on Peregrine Island.
As for the Arachnos logo...it stays for now. It means an awful lot, and right now...it's both badge of honor AND scarlet letter. -

Super Inspirations WERE part of the Incarnate system concept. I would like to point out that until they are freely earn-able on Live, anything else is purely speculation.
Currently, they do not exist, outside of a data string in the Market. When I last checked, they still had place-holder artwork. -
I think Clear Mind stacks. But that's an exception.

Quote:Gotcha. Then my original deleted post stands. The latter. The download is done in under a minute; the updating always takes at least 10-15 minutes no matter how small the download.
There really isn't anything you can do. Make sure it downloads the patch safely, then go get something to drink. Check the mail. Watch some television. Go outside. Paint a picture. Take up a hobby. *shrug* We're all stuck in the same boat--I think application time is dependent on the computer's processing time, but even a snazzy new compy will take time to patch 3.6 GB of files. -

Quote:I had a big long post saying the same thing, but then realized Heraclea might be referring to bypassing the updater when you *know* you don't need to verify any files. In which case as this should work:Hi,
are you saying that today you had to download a 3.6 Gb patch that was actually just over 5 Mb or do you mean that having downloaded the 5 Mb you then had to apply 3.6 Gb of data.
If it is the latter then as far as I know everybody has to apply the 3.6 Gb after every patch no matter what the actual size of the patch is.
And yes it is a bit antiquated, but I guess the wise heads here will explain to us why we have this system.
I just usually go off and plant a sapling and then watch till it hits the ten feet mark before I come back and log in
Cheers
Quote:To bypass the updater, create a shortcut to CityOfHeroes.exe (not the updater). Right click the shortcut and click Properties. In the Target line, modify it to match this:
"C:\Program Files\City of Heroes\CityOfHeroes.exe" -project coh -
Quote:Sorry, I thought you were posting a suggestion. Next time preface your statement with, "I didn't think about this and it's meant to be a petty snark," and we'll know not to comment on it.I wasn't looking for your specific approval, Bill, just tossing out an idea, and yes expecting feed-back and objections. I didn't have the energy to get into specifics last night when I posted it. Perhaps I should have waited til I had the clarity to compose a master's thesis.
Having said that, the idea of a giant spider-woman with reverse articulated legs and bug eyes flying around Paragon City is hilarious. -
