The accolade is far more useful as a click power for when psi damage does come up then it would ever be as a passive power. The badge itself isn't that hard to get.

You can still trigger the events upon completion of a LGTF.

I believe it's been mentioned that it can work with HoE, SE, and GW. I haven't seen mention of it working with Dark Servant or not. However not all sets get recharge intensive pets (ie Ninjas and Mercs). Actually overall there aren't that many recharge intensive pets for MMs.

Really, if you understand the message they're trying to get across, why do you care how they misspell or misuse the terminology? Especially since it adds nothing to the thread. Not to mention that there are many people who play CoH who aren't primarily english speakers or aren't very good typists for one reason or another, at no fault of their own.

As a new set? Or are you talking about dual blades?

  12. Since I have no interest in the anything other than the ATOs (definitely not the shameless marketing ploy that is the wolf pet), I haven't bought any of the Super Packs. Already got 3 full corr sets, a full dom set, and a full troller set all pretty cheap on the AH. Best part is not spending real money on it.

Depends on AT. If your AT has high damage mods (scrappers, blasters, doms, stalkers) then all those +dmg setbonuses are fabulous, and getting ~20% from set bonuses can be a good and easily obtainable dps increase. On the other hand if you have low dmg modifiers (like Brutes) you probably won't even notice the +dmg bonuses you have.

I'm sure more of the issue is that the majority of the ATO enhancement breakdowns are carbon copied between eachother, which works for most ATs. MMs are an exception in that they don't slot quite the same as many other ATs and this wasn't taken into consideration.

    3. Give the ability to slot enhancements in the three types of ammo gained from Swap Ammo, this would allow these weak secondary effects to be buffed and thus make them actually useful.

I think that you could really just go with making number 3, being able to slot the Swap Ammo power just makes so much sense.

    Just my opinion tho :0)
    1) Alternate animations, there's no reason why they can't alter them and not keep the existing ones.

    2) Redraw is more complicated than that, supposedly.

    3) Being able to slot /each/ Swap Ammo power would disrupt the number of slots available to to each toon, giving more slottable powers disrupts balance. If one could be slotted that would be different, but what would slot it with. It doesn't cost end or have a rchg.

Recharge in pet powers increased the recharge of the power itself but does not affect the recharge of the powers of the pets it summons. Supposedly the reasoning behind it was that increasing the recharge in pets affected their AI poorly. It also made Lightning Storm ridiculous.

Bodyguard isn't something everyone uses, it has little do with understanding it, rather it's more about whether you need it or not. I never use bodyguard because I've never required the survivability for anything in this game on my nin/dark, 45% ranged defense with copious amounts of -tohit and -dmg on top is more than enough.

Overall the MM set is awful. The only thing that sets it apart from current pet sets (since that's what you'd be replacing) is the recharge and the proc. I'm putting ATOs in all my toons except my MM, even the proc (not because the proc is bad, but because I have no room for it).

What else is like DFB's in that aspect but for higher level toons? I have not been playing long so I don't know about the upper level content. My highest level toon is only 24, got a 18 and a 15 also.

    Thanks :0)
Paragon wiki has a list of Hero TFs, Trials, and Villain SFs including their level ranges and minimum number of people required.

If you haven't already, the ITF (lvl 35+ in cimerora(co-op)) is sort of similar to DFB in that it's pretty easy and you can run through and smash everything. It require's you unlock the zone first by doing the respective story arc first though.

I would strongly reccomend doing all the TFs though and find what you like best. My favorite TFs are Apex and Tin mage but they're lvl 50 and VIP only and a bit more challenging than normal TFs.

2nd Measure: Yep. Maybe we should put one on the schedule. How about *looks at release schedule* March 16?

Beastyle: Okie dokie! *runs off to post an announcement*

(edit: Not that that's a bad thing! Hooray for Double XP!)
    Probably, haha.

It's nice to see such a response from a player request though.
  24. Has anyone tested the Dom ATO proc in Mass Hypnosis, Confuse, or Mass Confusion, does it cause aggro like certain other procs do?

I assume it doesn't because it's a self buff, but I just want to make sure.

hahaha, no. All 4 of those sets are very different.

As for me I'd prolly say "4) You want powersets better than the existing ones"

Not necessarily better, just sets that are competitve with the top tier sets we currently have, which means that can also include buffing existing sets. Personally I see no reason to play sets that are worse than the toons I already play, it's just not that fun to me. Meaning a blast set that is competitve with Fire, and buff/debuff sets competitve with Cold and Kinetics or melee sets competitve with super strength or titan weapons. Speaking of which Titan Weapons and Time Manipulation were fabulous additions, being very well balanced sets that could keep up with many of the better sets we currently have.
