  1. Small correction to Zaps comment.

    Our MM heavy missions would be scary to behold if Zap would actually turn up. He currently uses feeble excusese like real life to get out of them
  2. I know dull pain used to generate the healing badge but I dont know if they changed it. My lvl 28 inv/ tanker who was started in I3 has already got partway through this (not got the badge) by using Dull Pain and he has never had any other healing power. I dont know if you will actually awarded the badge or not but the progress thing does show up.

    It is a targeted AoE. Also not a very good one IMHO.

  4. You would need someone who has both CoH and CoV. What you would do is give 1 mil influence to the other players hero and his villain would give your villain 1 mil infamy. This would only work if the person who you gave the influence to had enough infamy on their villain.

    If your desperate to do this I could try and get about a mil in infamy on my main villain together and then just arrange a time when to trade but this would not happen until the week end as I need to respec my build again.

  6. I can probably get you a mil on the villain side if you want. Would like the influence for 2 heroes so could you do a 50/50 split in exchange ie 500k to one and 500k to another?
  7. I have 2 [censored] 3 Dam and a Knockback in my assault bhot. Knockback is cause of soloing where it is usful for enemies to stay at range, the extra Acc is so that I am hitting as many mobs as possible with the AoE's.
  8. It could be just me but I dont really have end problems with summoning.

    Usually I do the following:

    1. Summon Assault Bot followed by Battle Drones
    2. Use the upgrade buff followed by the equip buff on the assault bot
    3. Summon Prot bots while equip is recharging
    4. Equip everything not equiped working down battle drones to protector bots
    5. Buff a prot bot with upgrade as it has now recharged
    6. Activate Dispersion Bubble, Tactics and assault
    7. Head towards first enemy but before engaging buff the other prot bot with upgrade.
    8. Buff battle drones as upgrade recharges also shield all bots as required

    I have 1 end red in equip, 2 in despersion, 1 in deflection shield, 1 in insulation shield, 1 in tactics and one in assault. I dont have sprint running and I very rarely get the out of power message. Out of power only comes up when using force bolt excessively, spam healing bots or team mates or using force bubble.

    I never use blues normally only if they are in my tray and only then when facing ambush after ambush with no break in between.

    My travel power of choice is teleport and I can teleport from thorn isle to the ferry in nerva without running out of end even with PFF and dispersion bubble running and possibly sprint. I do have 3 end reds in teleport but then that is only 2 extra slots so not really a problem.
  9. The simple way to decide is if slotting end reds will reduce your effectiveness more than giving up 3 power choices for stamina.

    In my build as a Bots/FF MM I can slot end reds in the powers that need them with out losing any effectiveness from the power. If I had taken stamina I would have spare slots which might be useful but I would alos have lost 2 useful power choices (would be 3 apart from the fact that I cant decide on what power to take at lvl 35).

    In my build stamina would only be an asset when using force bubble as usually I dont need to resummon during fights so my normal end cost is low. So for me stamina is not a good thing as I can quite happily run 3 toggles (Assault, Tactics, Dispersion Bubble) as well as heal (Repair, Aid other and Aid self), attack (Force Bolt, Repulsion Bomb) and rez (Resucitate) as needed duirng a battle. For me my one end hungry power is more of a situational one than anything else due to the aggro generated and the end cost.

    So for me the choice was that I am better off with my power choices and using end reds than giving up powers for stamina.
  10. So where do henchmen fit on that list? Are they the same as an Lt if not affected by supremacy and the same as a Pet when affected by it?

    You've had it now, if I were you I would stay out of PvP zones and away from any mobs that confuse you when around confess

    Agree with MaX.

    Also you can drop some of the end reds in repair. You should also look at putting an end red in protector bots as then run out of end quickly post lvl 32. I have played around a lot with my prot bots slotting and currently running 1 Acc, 1 End Red, 3 Heal to get the healing badges so really with prot bots its a matter of taste but they do need an end red after lvl 32.

    1. Pokes confess
    2. Hurts hand on granite surface
    3. Relizes confess is on as Seizmic
    4. Sends assault bot to poke seizmic
    5. Seizmic smashes assault bot

    I cant afford the cost in assault bots to poke you
  15. Cn I switch out ghost for thug? Both tankers but 4 lvls difference in them.

  19. Sorry I didnt turn up guys but I had just lost my wireless connection at 8.50 and it has taken until now to sort out.

    If you are still running it I can bring along my lvl 24 tanker with taunt - who needs the respec but not desperately, or I can get my lvl 27 tank who doesnt have taunt but does have an aura if that would make the sk's a bit easier. I am not fusy about who gets brought out so its up to you.

    Ok I have a bots/ff MM at lvl 38.

    FF powers I have taken are as follows:
    Force Bolt - no choice but it is good anyway
    Deflection shield and insulation shield - both of these are great when used in the right circumstances, best used on team members and only on henchmens when you are having a tough time
    PFF - my favourite power in the set
    Dispersion bubble - great in PvE as adds status resistance to an AT that doesnt normally get it
    Repulsion Bomb - I dont like this does not damage and doesnt really disorientate enemys at high lvls so I am going to drop it for either provoke or Det field
    Force Bubble - great against melee only enemies, can draw a lot of aggro and very end hungry. I use it a lot but then am fighting people who would hurt bots in combat, it probably wont be that useful to a ninja/ff MM.

    With these powers I still took 6 powers from my primary (left out the attacks) and got aid other, aid self, resucitate, assault and tactics as well as a travel power.

    For a ninja/ff I would probably take the following FF powers:
    Force Bolt
    Deflection shield
    Insulation shield
    Detention field
    PFF
    Dispersion bubble

    Can only do weekends or evenings from about 8pm though.
  23. Assault riffle I think has about a 10% acc bonus and also different attacks have different affects;

    Burst does def debuff
    Slug and buckshot do knockback
    Beanbag does disorientate

    As for secondaries if you go with thermal you may find putting away your weapon annoying as I believe any of the buffs and so on from that set do cause that. I personally went with /dark as there are quite a few resistance debuffs in there which meant that the disadvantage of doing smashing/leathal was overcome slightly.
