Ok my character has been made and is sat in the tutorial ready to go. Quick question about your eden trial is how long is it supposed to take as I know some people have said they take a long time?

I would like this, not a clue on primary will have a good long think about it but yeah a nice /rad corruptor team would be great.
If you want a mix of primaries then I dont mind choosing one that has already been choosen.
Edit: If we are going for AoE goodness then I dont mind picking a Dark/rad corruptor so we have a nice AoE immobilise for all the fire and ice's to unleash rain of doom on -
Do you get shrouded from the drop off outbreak canisters mish from the radio contact (plague carrier badge mish) if so then I have a mish to get the shrouded badge on a character as well.

Depending when your doing it I will gladly help. I can bring my MM who will need exemping or my Dom who will need a sk. Dom is only lvl 12 but if you need holds then she can supply them (held Back alley brawler so sea witch shouldnt be a problem).

What lvl is your team because there is a nice little 'cheat' you can pull with the new lvl requirements. Basically if you are around 29 and under then invite one player who is above lvl 34 and exemp them down to the same lvl as the team before you start the respec sf. Once the sf has started the high lvl member remains exemped until you are ready to start clearing the vines (so after you have cleared the mobs in the room). When ready to clear the vines check the lvl of the thron tree should be one lvl high than the highest unexemped player. then get the high player to speep up the vine clearance and then smash the tree in extra quick time.
For example the respec I helped with on monday contained me lvl 40 MM exemped to lvl 28. lvl 29 brute, lvl 28 MM, lvl 28 Dom, lvl 26 MM and a lvl 24 stalker. We ran through the whole sf with me exemped until we were at the vine clearing stage then I unexemped from Gentleman thief and was auto exemped to 38. This meant that the vines were now conning green to me and the thorn tree was conning orange. The ambush that spawns stayed at lvl 30 (same lvl as tree) so it was relativelty easy to do AV. -

The stay command is not a stay still command it is in effect a goto command centred on the henchman which explains the behaviour you saw. The only way this will change is with the Dev's recoding that bit of the AI (which is doubtful).

There is an AI bug that affects Bots in the Respec mission. When fighting the thorn tree using attack my target sends them running into melee with the thing. Way around it is to use the goto command a small way off and the use the attack my target command. This means they stay still and fire at range.

Just cause Im bored I'll give a bit of advice:
Primary Powers - Get Zombie Horde, Gloom, Enchant Undead, Grave Knight, Soul Extraction, Lich, Dark empowerment.
Secondary - Get Alkaloid (no choice), Envenom, Weaken, Neurotoxic Breath, Parilytic Poison, Poison Trap, Noxious Gas
For primary dont get the first attack and Life Drain is pretty pointless. You can drop gloom if you want to go for a completely passive role but it might prove a problem at low levels.
For secondary you can drop poison trap, Antidote and elixa of life are only useful if you team alot.
Pool Powers:
Leadership go assault and tactics vengance doesnt work on pets and neither does a res.
Travel power tp is fine but recently on my bots/ff MM I switched from recall and tp to hover, fly and group fly.
Fitness shouldnt be needed and really I can run 4 toggles (assault, tactics, force bubble and dispersion bubble) with out major end problems and still heal and buff when needed (although the odd blue insp is required due to force bubble).
Concealment; Stealth might be useful for you as you have now self protection power and grant invis is good on henchies when PvPing.
Medecin is not needed for a /poison MM. If you really really wnat a self heal then you could pick up life drain but I wouldnt.
If I get time later I can post a build without slots so MaX and others who have got more experience with their Necro MM's than me can advise on slotting. -
Changes based on advice offered - Health instead of swift, 2 slots from fly going into tk as recharges to give TK 2 Recreds, 3 Endreds.
Question about melee attacks - what should I drop to get them? -
I am looking for advice for my current favourite character. I was getting fed up with badge hunting with my MM so I rolled this guy and so far have had great fun getting to lvl 8.
The build is aimed at being a sort of mix between PvE and PvP so it may be compromised in some areas but hopefully not totally so.

Now for some thoughts behind power choices:
1. 2 Travel Powers - this is based on both the PvP idea where mobility is key and also PvE as Grandville probably wont be that suitable for SS but I want to have a play with it in PvE for stealth and also for novelty as I have never picked SS on any of my characters at all.
2. No melee attacks - this is due to 2 things the first is coming from playing an MM where the idea of getting in combat was not a good one and also from the Mind primary. The Mind primary in my opinion doesnt really work well with melee attacks as things like telkiness move Mobs away from you so range attacks are better. I am aware that in PvP melee attacks are useful for toggle dropping tankers and scrappers so not picking them may be not a good idea but then this build is not just aimed at PvPing.
3. Primary over secondary - I have picked all bar one of the primary powers while missing out 4 of the secondary ones. Also the lvl I have picked them could again be questioned but my main reasoning is for this is that soloing it is better to have enough controls to tie up a spawn and slowly whittle it to death than to have enouggh attacks to blow the spawn to kingdom come but not enough control to allow me to safely unleash all that fire power. While for team situations I feel that my roll should be more controllerish than bieng responsible for damage a if they are picking me cause they want a damage dealer then something is wrong.
4. Swift instead of health - I cant really justify health in this build as I dont have the slots to slot it up effectively and also the regen rate wont be that effective due to the poor HP of a Dom so I have gone for both Swift and hurdle to conserve as much end in a mission as possible as I can see me using a lot of end and I dont think stamina will totaly rectify this (especially with TK).
Question Time now:
1. Mesmerize - this is a wonderful power at low levels will it still be as useful at higher levels in the form of control? If not would it be worth it to slot it for damage (taking slots from fly and rthe range from power burst) to use as a damage attack in PvP?
2. Slotting on Teriffy - I have gone for damage in this is this a good idea? Is there an optimal slotting for this power to get the best use out of it or is it a case of slot it for what you need it to do (In my case probbaly damage)?
3. Will I be able to act as a controller or is the reduction in duration to great? If not will power boost and Dominate be best used together or at different time to boost the length of my controls? -
