I'm in th UK, and am quite happy with the liscence fee. The BBC prodiuces some great output on TV, Radio and online, and watching programmes without any advert breaks (or product placement) is fantastic.
However, in the spirit of the BBC, other ways of funding television development are available.

Oh, and There can be absolutely no question of the BBC ever giving in to government pressure. -

are all pretty good.
Oh and for the 2nd Doctor, Seeds of Death is fun, its got the Ice Warriors and some dodgy special effects. -

They all sound pretty cool, but the one by Bill Willingham sounds the most interesting to me. I thought Fables was really well written.

Branching Missions/story arcs
Further use of context senstive dialogue, so that characters in the gameworld react to what you do.

The main argument in the artical seems to be a sequel should be made because the game is 5 and half years old. Thats it.

A couple of suggestions:
Make the Snipe a narrow cone, so it hits everything in a straight line between you and your target. (that might be a good secondary effect for other powers too)
Final power could be 'Overload', where you press a few buttons and then throw your rifle to the ground and then it explodes (location AoE, big damage, some sort of crash, greys out the Rifle powers for X seconds)
Also, for a bitof variety, what about a heat ray? single target fire damage with a 10% chance to drop an ignite-style fire patch at the targets feet. -

Yeah, it sounds cool. Should work great when combining Stone with fire or ice.

Having the option to turn some of the energy blasts into eyebeams, or chest beams would also be groovy, but as has been said, that is more for the 'official alternate animation suggestion' thread that I'm sure we will get post I16.

Hey, thats cool. That also means that new players will be able to preview what the sets look like, allowing them to check that a powerset look fits their concept

From what I remember from the really early pre-beta boards, anything with the name control was actually what we'd call a powerset, with a bunch of sub-powers ( I remember light control was supposed to have a blinding power and also a laser targetting power, to expose enemy weaknesses) -

Powers can be individually customized per costume slot, but not supergroup mode.
