***UPDATE** Installed latest client for Mac like suggested, no help also keep having to trash preferences every time I play, otherwise game wont start up, constant black screen, making me force quit.
  3. Also, does this issue have anything to do with trashing Preferences before I play? I am finding I am having to do this every time to get the game to start.
  4. Been having this nagging issue recently, am loathe to start a new toon or change options on an existing one. Whenever I reset my keys where I want them, bubble text colors, etc., I hit "Apply Now" and it goes to the loading screen....and just stops. the Progress bar never fills. Eventually after 10 mins of waiting I have to manually restart my comp.

    Anyone else experiencing this...?
  5. I am also experiencing these problems (invisible toons, costume part boots on my head, pink buildings and environments, etc.) Veryyyyy annoying. It used to be only present in Praetoria but now it has migrated to all the cities. Not sure if adding more RAM will fix the problem completely, but I am checking into it. The graphics update for mac snow leopard was no help at all.

City of Heroes/Villains seems to be a very very memory/graphic card intensive game! Sometimes I think it requires more resources than it should to be a great game. Is it because not everyone looks alike and can design their own costumes?
