I've got a SD/SS tank that is certainly not low damage!
Obviously damage is relative, you tend to be at the cutting edge so your expectations are high. I'm sure if you rolled an SD/SS Tank you would be pleasantly surprised.
In the scheme of the game and other ATs it does good damage and is highly survivable on a small budget. -
Zoning works. I had to claim 9 times for a base I was working on. So I had to zone back and forth between Cap and my base. Considering it fills your inventory with tons of junk that you can't get rid of without placing, changing modes, and then reselling, it seems like it's a reasonably good idea just to avoid accidental multi-clicks.
But it would be an even better idea if you could just delete items from your personal inventory (with an okay prompt). -

At the very least your lack of sensitivity for the dignity of those people and their surviving relatives would be appalling.
And my character comes from a place/family where this sort of stuff is common and doesn't phase them in the same way it does your characters, and they don't mind being used in such a fashion. -

Code:The drop in strength for +3 and +4 is very significant. +1s only take 90% damage, while +2s take 80%. That's -10% each jump. After that it falls a full 15%, then -17%. And at each interval they're doing another +11% damage to you. Even if you can survive the damage, +4s are taking less than half damage, being debuffed for less than half the amount, and being mezzed for less than half as long.Level Above Below +0 100% 100% +1 111% 90% +2 122% 80% +3 133% 65% +4 144% 48%
In practice I've found that while a lot of my toons CAN run at +3 and +4, anything over +2 is just horrendously slow. I've tried a few times even on large teams with lots of debuffs and damage to run at +4, but watching a whole group of 8 pause for about 30 seconds just to take down one boss, every spawn, is a waste of time.
It may be a perception issue though and it just feels slow, but isn't, in light of the actual exp given. But from my viewpoint, +2 is the sweet spot. -
I don't think it'll work that way. That would be directly affecting your powers, and I don't see any logical reason why someone becoming evil would suddenly become weak. I imagine what will happen is that you end up with 0 influence, and your infamy is locked out (unless you switch back). So while you're in Paragon City you can't buy items or do anything until you start earning some hero cred. That would make more sense than your powers fading.

I made my monkeygirl in CO when I tried it (for all of one day). Have to say the tails were really stiff and straight. They seemed very fake, even though they were animated. Hopefully ours won't be as starchy.

Seriously the endurance cost for what you get out of MM attacks is criminal, especially on Thugs. I had to respec out of Empty clips instantly, because of how appalling it was. And this was with SOs and Stamina, might I add. -

For normal enhancements you can buy in stores (just check your map with M to find stores), you get:
* Training Origin (TOs)
* Dual Origin (DOs)
* Single Origin (SOs)
TOs taper out eventually. You can start getting DOs at level 12, and start getting SOs at level 22, but you don't have to. If you play the game normally, you should have no trouble getting enhancements. Just buy and slot what you like in each power. With some trial and error you'll learn what you like and what benefits you. There's no real right answer.
Basic way to do enhancements is to buy new ones every 5 levels. So levels that end with a 2 or 7. Enhancements can be slotted when your level is -3 to +3 the level of the enhancement. So if you're 22 you can slot enhancements that are levels 19 to 25. If they're lower than 19, they become red and no longer work, and need to be replaced. Oh, and don't slot more than 3 of the same type of enhancement in one power, as a rule of thumb. One of the pools is Flight. You can take Hover (slow flying for use in combat) at level 6+. You can also take Air Superiority if you want an attack. If by level 14 you've taken one of the powers in Flight, you can take Fly itself and fly around all over the place.
Another pool you should look into is Fitness. It gives you basic bonuses to your stats like move speed, regeneration, and recovery. Pretty much everyone takes Fitness for Stamina because it gives them more endurance to use powers with.

Plus we only have like 5 tails anyway so it seems like a big feature to add if there's not going to be much to do with it.
