Quote:No, the seller doesn't set the price. The seller sets the price they are willing to accept, the buyer sets the price they are willing to pay. If the price the buyer sets is higher than the lowest price listed they get a sale at THEIR price. Many many players list items at their vendor prices (ie 250 inf for common salvage, 1000 inf for uncommon etc) or even for only 1 inf. I do this regularly and still get items selling for 10,000 regularly.well that not right, who puts in up in the market listes it for whatever they want.
i think the only way for the devs to make sure the markets dont get overily priced is to lower the merit vendors prices. byt 5%-10% nothing to outragous. i know i might get flack about this but i wanted to give ps my thoughts and conserns. -
It'll be available at Half Past.

Hang on... do you need the Shifl+Lbutton in there twice?

Quote:Really? Cos I'm vendoring a lot of stuff that there is a massive oversupply of. No buyers and 200-300 units up for sale. Both recipies and salvage of all colours. I picked up a psionic manifestation this morning for 20K. Orange salvage.I just came back recently from a 1 year break, and my biggest surprise was the market drought. I'm not sure what blueside looks like these days, but redside is very sad. I'd say current supply is less than 50% of what it was when I left. Even if you don't mind overpaying, there just isn't anything there to buy.

I like this idea. It would make sense not to restrict it to server, but have one for each server/each side to start with, and coalition if needed. Maybe a restriction on numbers of toons each global can have in there to allow more players to join in?

Quote:Sorry, but since Ultra Mode... it IS fun to travel. Everything is so new and shiney. I always loved it anyway, but this makes it even more so!The thing about traveling is, it's not exactly exciting or all that fun. If you're a brand-new player getting to fly over the Rogue Isles or Paragon City might be fun for the first time, but after a year of playing, you saw it all and getting from A to B isn't an exciting sight-seeing tour anymore, it's just something to be done so you can get back to beating up more baddies, the actual meat of the game.

Quote:I don't see how merging them will make them higher. And higher prices are balanced by receiving more inf for items for sale. It's win win. Villains will benefit from the heroes amassed wealth and the heroes will benefit from having more suppliers. This is a sad day. I was hoping there would never be a merger. People think prices are retardedly high now...
Thanks Devs. -
So you can't bind to the E key?
Wait... you're right about the/ key, but wrong about the OP's bind/macro. The E falls into the key position, so they game won't read it as emote, but as the key to be pressed for the bind. -
I'm assuming by marco the OP means Bind files, as thats how it reads. And having the e in there doesn't matter because there is no / in front of it so it's not reading it as an emote.
I think that what fireheart says above is correct, what you should have is bindloadfilesilent in place of bindloadfile -
Here's my take on origins. It goes back to if they were left naked, how would they fare? (sorry about this small text)

I have not many problems running PUG's maybe cos there are usually 1 or 2 people I know in there, but the few time's I've tried to run TF's I've had nightmares.
First was the Ice tank that insisted the empaths sole job was to heal her. First time I've ever failed the ITF.
Then there was the PUG New Posi where after the first mission one of the players just said 'Thanks for the team' and logged before we could even type 'WTF?' -
Yeah, sorry, but I find it hard to believe that there will only be 2 new tile sets. It would be very annoying to have all the missions in the same maps.

New Zealand English as a native language
Dutch learnt 13 years when living there. Still able to hold a conversation if the person I am talking too knows I'm not very good. -
I only have this problem if the program below is set to be always on top. For example windows media centre.

I had issues on Monday night, zoned into a mission with another MM - demons. Bots wouldn't move, said they were responding to commands, but didn't. Dismissed, tried to resummon and failed. Realised they were still there, just not in my pets window. I zoned out of the mission and they reappeared in my window and moved ok.
I dismissed them and reentered the mission and resummoned. Everything was OK. -
Quote:Also true in the new Leonard Arcs. We were running those as a team and there was no incentive to run those all at the same time. The clones you battle should at least mix up your team, especially if you all have the same arc. Plus the talkies which only the team holder could to.You can read the mission descriptions- in the mission, click on the "i"- but there are clues and things that only the leader has access to. Or in the extreme case, only the person in the Khan arc that clicks on a specific glowie has ANY IDEA WHAT'S GOING ON IN THE WHOLE TF.

You may also find the flickering you are seeing is the lights coming on, as it were. I have a wall off book cases in one of the rooms and when I enter the base they are all dark as if no light is on them and they light up one at a time.

Quote:Kin's not an AT mate. Then you have the player that SB everyone and ID as well. That's me.
Nutshell I get all AT's asking me to group when I log in. I get my Merits for the day when I log in my kin or my AE tickets. No other AT beyond a Tank / Brute might have that ability. Every AT should be as wanted or needed as a Kin is. Sadly it is not. But with every great AT comes greater responsibility. -

Meh, it took us over 7 last saturday afternoon. Was still fun, if a tad too much travelling .

No, the sun rises and sets correctly, however, the moon seems to go the other way.

Quote:I think the only way to delete an SG is by turfing out all the people in it, and then quitting it yourself. And no, there is no way at all you can get any of the prestige out. It belongs to the SG.So now I seem to be the leader of a defunct SG and I have no time to be recruiting (all members left have not logged in for at least 100 something days) and keeping up with it. It's a huge base but pretty empty. Maybe a salvage rack or two and has as of date, 1,777,632 prestige. I want to get rid of it by either "selling" it, deleting it, or just simply giving it away as the grand prize of a CC. But before deciding which action I want to take, would anyone know if I am able to delete the SG and if so, would I able to receive the prestige earned?
I'm unsure of your motives here, are you wanting to take the prestige to another SG? Sorry, out of luck no matter what.
My suggestion would be to just quit the SG, leaving it for those members who are still there. They may come back for GR, who knows. 100 days isn't ALL that long really, it's still less that 4 months and I know I'd be pretty annoyed to come back and find someone had kicked me from my SG and then quit it so it no longer existed. -
I think... and I'm maybe reading a lot into it... that she is saying she wishes she could say NOTHING was being done, so we knew and could move on and leave, or transfere or whatever. However, she can't cos something IS being done, but it'll take time and Black Pebble (sorry, but you are the face of marketing so all will be blamed personally on you :P ) is standing behind her with a gag, stroking his white cat, making sure she doesn't tell us anything useful.
Edit: Actually, on rereading it, it sounds like she wishes she could tell us there ISN'T an attempt to make it worse, but she can't... implying there is.
