Alright, thanks. Thats pretty much the imput I was looking for. I'll try the Twilight Zone thing in the arc, seeing as it actually fits into what I'm trying to do. The arc is actually gonna be all about my one villain and how he becomes a hero (on accident)

Can't wait till I-12 and the City Vault are for Open Beta

This sounds cool to me. An entire team devoted to CoH/V, everything under the same (new) roof. This will greatly improve many game qualities (not that they're bad now) .

This is the best idea I've seen for player customization! It should go in I-10 or before!!!
