I know that Vent is funny about Push to Talk not working right with Windows 7 unless you tell vent to run as Admin. but other than that I know of nothing wrong.

The truth is no one know how the level shifts are going to work. and even if there are people who know they cant talk about it since that's part of what that group in the I20 Beta's testing (you know with the signed NDA).

one thing that surprised me a little was going with Efficacy adapter over Performance Shifter in Stamina. I always try to go with at least the proc and the End Mod from that set

a L 50 starts with 50 slots
+2 for selling 50 pieces of salvage on the market
+2 each for each group of the L25-30 Generic IO memorization (+18 total)
+10 for the Vanguard Storage thing (500 Vanguard Merits +5,000 inf)
which means that the Max on a L50 character on an account with 66 months active is 85 -
It's an arc in Blue Side Oroboros. Unlike the original TF it's soloable in theory.

the key to getting CoHLCD to work is you make sure you have the current version of herostats installed.
Currently running a Current Generation G15 after my Original G15 died this past fall -
whats nice about it is it stacks with just about every other form of stealth.

Though on most of my alts I have gone with Cardiac since I've found that end reduction was what I would get the most benefit out of since anything that takes damage is already ED capped. Though I am going Recharge on my /regen since I don't have any end problems at all (even before inherent stamina)

Most likely the reason that yellow recipes are not available with alignment merits is because they're available with Regular merits/AE tickets. I've not encountered a limit on buying stuff with Alignment merits the only limit I'm aware of is the 20 hour restriction from trading in 50 Reward Merits and 20 million inf.
