Kudos for not involving underpants! (granted Step 3 could...)

I have Firfox, but I see the video (No audio, but guessing there isn't any).

  4. They have since fixed HO's so they do not enhance powers that do not take said enhancement (Melee doesn't take Range enhancements, so Dam/Range HO doesn't enhance its range anymore)

The RW cost gives you the Attuned quality; higher proc performance was not intended.

I appreciate the feedback you’ve all been given here and on the beta forums. I’ve just made the following changes:

    1) Statesman’s Pal will remain Statesman’s Pal and will be given out when completing ‘A Hero’s Hero’, the original Maria Jenkin’s arc, in flashback

    2) Positron’s Pal will be given out when completing, ‘A Hero’s Epic’, the new Maria Jenkin’s arc

    3) Sister Psyche’s Comrade will remain the same and be given out when completing Psyche’s task force in flashback once Issue 23 is launched.

    4) Penelope Yin’s Friend will be rewarded when completing her new task force

    5) The Task Force Commander badge will be rewarded by having either Penelope Yin’s Friend or Sister Psyche’s Comrade

Thanks again for all your feedback!

    Dr. Aeon
I knew it would be problematic changing existing badges--akin to 'taking them away'.

    I approve of these changes.

  9. Keep running missions for her. Siege appears outside the arc, as does the mission that grants Shrouded. You can find the Shrouded badge mission in Ouroboros, however.
  10. Probably pulled. Nothing about i23 was supposed to be announced outside the Magistarium.
  11. They threw us one heck of a bone with 12 new Lore Pets trees besides the Praetorian ones. I don't expect anymore down the road. That said, i wasn't expecting the 4 new Alpha and 4 new Interface we got, so who knows?

Considering I expected it to launch with i22, not really...
  13. It's supposed to be there. I didn't believe there as a time limit on it.

EDIT: I can't find it on the store either. Maybe it was only available for the Chinese New Year?

I only take the radial for ageless. It's a great way to shut off any debuff placed on you(which often switches my recovery back on).
  16. It's just...it's the same name(I can't figure out how that's possible; my toon with that name is still on Virtue), and an almost identical costume. It's maddeningly frustrating. It's like, why did I bother?

Yeah it's sour grapes; what the heck?

It's probably worth re-evaluating Lore pet DPS rankings if what you're interested in is maximum DPS performance.
That would explain why my Shield Robot Drone wasn't enhanced for defense. I thought something was off.

I wondered this, what with Beast Mastery using placeholder animations and textures when Staff Fighting seemed largely complete.

But I think it's to do with recent set releases. If both of them are relatively ready, they might have released it because they wanted the pet set out first, rather than staff fighting after street justice and titan weapons.
I'm still very disappointed they held both until after double xp weekend.

Extremely disappointed that staffs still aren't live.

They are dropping from enemies, however.
  23. It got really bad on Infinity. There were three Paladins(although that is nothing new, multiples spawned for years), but they just kept create more and more and more Sprockets until the zone couldn't spawn any new enemies. No Skulls, no Vahzilok, no Lost, just an endless field of sprockets.

We rounded up about 5 incarnates to thresh away with Judgement, but it was nowhere near enough. Eventually the zone crashed, and we all mapserved. When we logged back in, King's Row had reset, and was spawning new mobs of Skulls; no Paladins in sight.
