  1. The +100% recharge will indeed show up, but all pets now ignore any recharge(bonus or penalty).

    Because gasses checks for To Hit only when it's initially activated.

    If you place the slick after, the To Hit has already rolled.

    As of 8:40 PM EST, the market isn't excepting anything; enhancements, recipes or bids. All we get are "The Black Market is too busy to process your request". Been trying for 10 minutes. Nothing.

    What the heck is going on?

    Not certain about Peformance shifter. I never use it in an attack just in case it would grant it to the target enemy.

    As for Chance for Recharge, Fiery has it right.

    It isn't a very AoE-ish set so it wouldn't break the game, in that regard.

    I imagine it's on the list. For the longest time Corr didn't have Electric Blast.
  17. Occasionally, when I've had a character logged out for longer than 21 days, I gain NO credit towards the day job. It's irritating as hell.

    I took Mu Mastery on my Ice/Storm Corruptor. Conserve Power is a godsend to my endurance woes. Power Sink doesn't work too well with Hurricane(Hey! Stop repelling so I can drains you!)
    Charged Armor works well with the weather theme, except for the fact it's RED.
    (razzin frazzin stupid RED lightning...)

    4 point of KB prot deals with most KB and can help a lot. I recommend Blessing of the Zephyr if you can swing it.

    Yes and No.

    Lots of Lethal Damage that's a common resistance, but Swap Ammo adds in other damage.

    No Aim or Snipe power, but lots of AoE.

    I made my DP Blaster Natural origin. Lower damage because she's someone who's good with a set of guns. In a world of Bullet Proof guns are a tough choice of weapon. The character does very well with that in mind.

    To make it an actual siphon? I like that, but I don't see it ever happening for a tier 1 power.

    I do wish they'd change this to a hold or something. I hate intangibility capture, in the heat of battle(on teams anyway) few can tell the guy they're fighting is "UNAFFECTED" or why.

    Believe of not, Knockdown defeats the purpose of the power, to keep melee foes from wailing on a teammate. It's a "Repel on a teammate" power. It does need a lower end cost; it's just not as awesome as Disruption field. (Frankly, I think it bites. I never take it)

    Disruption Field can be maintained unlike a patch on the ground, crazy end heavy, but any melee guy with it just destroys things.

    Sonic Repulsion? mean to protect squishy from melee, but yeah, it bites. I don't ever take it.
    (AFAIK Force field has three KB powers still)

    The Graphics are indeed a bit harsh(and that's after they've been toned down!) I customize them to be as muted and transparent as possible. I know a number of player have trouble with it.

    I use it to great effect. It has no Avoid component, so enemies are happy to stand in it, hitting nothing(-46% to Hit), while getting shredded because they no longer have Defense(-50% defense). Also a weak(mag 2) but long duration hold, sometimes lasting longer than Liquefy itself; -28.5% recharge debuff, -Fly, -Jump...

    I suppose it sucks...

    Architect has always been buggy. The are some punctuation symbols the game just doesn't understand. Very often just using the friggin' ENTER key causes bad data in the text. It's particular bad when you edit or cut and paste text. I still haven't published an arc to this day because of it.

    Second build use

    Mostly I use the second build as a cheap 'test respec'

    I have used it for low level exemplar on my Stone Tank. Specifically less than lvl 27, when Granite Armor locks out. The second build uses all the non-granite armors.
