    Weird stuff happens with that proc. More than once I've had teammates' pets(or my own) become confused and attack me. Contagious Confusion may do something funky to aggro levels.
  3. Confuse can lower xp. You gain xp based on the % of damage dealt to an enemy. If an enemy beats an enemy by itself, you will gain 0% xp, because you did 0% of the damage.

    That last one is not a persistent emote, but it does leave them in a nice neutral stance when they're done.

    BABs addressed this before. He said literally It is not a simply matter of cut and paste. Why? I don't know, I'm not a programmer. He also said that Brawl is one of the most complex powers in the game. That's right Brawl is the most complex due to it alternate animations bases on Weapon/Shield drawn.

    If it really was just "cut and paste" you can be sure it would have been done a LONG time ago.

    i19 free respec?

    Occasionally they have. The thing is we can only hold one freespec per toon. They have granted an immediate freespec on launch, then another a week after. Whether this will happen for i19 remains to be seen.

    It varies based on the Power. I think for the most part the magnitude 'doubles'.

    Basically when Domination is active, your mez powers fire a secondary effect with its own magnitude(effectively doubling the mag). The secondary effect has a longer duration than the primary. The primary will wear off in its usual time, the secondary effect lingers about 50% longer.

    Let s say you fire a Domination enhanced Hold. If it's primary effect is 10 seconds long, the secondary will be 15 seconds. The foe will be held Mag 6 for 10 seconds and 5 seconds at Mag 3. Minions and lts. will be held for the full 15, but Bosses will only for 10(assume you haven't stacked on another use of the power).
  14. It used to matter. There was a bug that was applying the power's regen bonus to the Regen uniques themselves. This has since been fixed and it just, and as DSorrow said it's now a static +25% bonus to your base Regen rate(regardless to whether it's in Health or Physical Perfection).

  17. /Regen really could use some regeneration debuff resistance. All it takes is one Plasma Blast and suddenly my mix of Integration, Dull Pain and Instant Healing is knocked down to 0.00% Regen rate.
    Willpower's version of Fast Healing grants RegenDR; I don't understand why a set that relies on Regen lacks it entirely.

    Yeah, 'Overpower' is a controller thing. As Psychic Mastery was ported right from Controller APP's, it stand to reason this was simply overlooked in the transition. If anything it should Dominate with an extra +1 mag confuse.

  23. Dark Servant used to take Recharge Intensive Pet Damage. This was removed because Dark Servant doesn't take Damage Enhancements. Allowing a Pet Damage set just didn't make sense.
