  3. I seldom make Controllers, and have never made one with Ranged attacks from the Controller APP's. I've been leveling an Earth/Storm, and am wondering: Do attacks from APP's deal double damage for Containment?

    The reason G-Fly is so reviled. It's due for another look. To eliminate the -ToHit or at least reduce the penalty.

    It is intentional, and yeah, it seems terribly arbitrary. I suppose they don't want O portals appearing on a wall or ceiling.

    Come to think of it, anything you summon(that is targetable) has the capacity to agro enemies, that could be exploited in new and different ways. I remember the O Portal used to functionally tank foes for you(not an intended function by any means--since fixed)

  9. There's a number of powers flagged to take a set it shouldn't, or not flagged to take a set it should(Half of Electric control are flagged for End Mod sets, but do take End Mod enhancements.)

    Worse, it's not uniform across different AT's versions of the same power.

    I believe it was an experiment.
    There are many folks that leave powers on(like Shadowfall or Steamy Mist) that can actual lag other players in the market. More than a few players act hostile when asked to turn them off, and some will even grief. Suppression takes this away, but it's not selective(no crafting table, no tp, no nothing).

    It makes sense to test it in Praetoria, aka oppression central, to see how well it is received. I doubt it will be implemented elsewhere, based on the current feedback.
