lemme add my 2 inf with some more /regen info

As seph said, the regen coupled with a 1ry like kat will give you that extra defence from Divine Avalance, i also run regen with the stealth and combat jumping pool powers for extra mitigation, adding hasten/superspeed and putting a +stealth IO makes you invisible to about everything bar rikti drones

The thing, imo, that keeps regen above WP is Instant Healing and Dull Pain. While the mitigation is sweet on a WP, it has no actual healing power to get some hp back if you recieve some nasty AV agro or spike Damage. The "God Power" in WP is also un-buffable for recharge which is also worth bearing in mind, whereas the changes to MoG make it part my /regen's everyday life
